はじめに
❖当資料は研究者プロファイルサービス、Publonsについて概説するプレゼンテーションです。
❖ 2019年4月、ResearcherIDのプラットフォームをresearcherid.comからPublonsに移行しました。
❖従来の査読歴・担当編集者歴・編集委員歴管理機能に、論文業績管理や被引用数等の各種指標表示機能が加わった新生Publonsの機能について紹介します。

❑ 研究者に識別子ResearcherIDを付与

❑ 論文業績を管理するプラットフォームを無償提供
❑ Web of ScienceやEndNote Online等の自社サービスと連携
❑ Web of Science上での研究者名名寄せに貢献
❖ 2011年 researcherid.comのソースコード及びその知的財産権をロイヤリティーフリーでORCiDに提供することを合意
❖2019年 ResearcherIDのPublonsへのプラットフォーム移行により引退

❖ 2012年創業：査読歴・編集委員歴を管理するプラットフォームとしてスタートする
❖「査読をより迅速に、より効率的に、より効果的にすることで、科学をスピードアップする」*
❖名前の由来：“Publ”ication + “on” = the "minimum unit of
publishable material"
❖ 2017年6月：クラリベイト・アナリティクス傘下に入る
❖ 2018年12月：論文業績管理・各種指標表示機能を追加
❖ 2019年4月：ResearcherIDの新プラットフォームになる

❖論文の被引用数をWeb of Scienceから自動で取得し、プロファイル上に表示する。
❖Web of Science上の自著論文レコードも管理できる。
❖数千のパートナー誌における確認済査読歴及び担当編集者歴を自動でプロファイルに追加する。
❖論文業績・査読歴・担当編集者歴・編集委員歴を含む業績サマリーをエクスポートできる。

パートナー誌の論文投稿システムとの連携により、査読歴をプロファイルに自動で追加する。
