İsteğe bağlı olarak 2-3-4-5-6 ve 7-8-9-10 diskli olarak imal edilebilmektedir. Kayalı, taşlı, bitkisel köklerle kaplı arazilerde rahatlıkla çalışabilir.Diskli pulluğun son gövde bağlantısı flanşlı tip yapılabilmektedir. Bu sayede pulluğun son gövdesi sökülüp takılabilir veya İstenildiği takdirde pulluğa sonradan gövde ilavesi yapılabilmektedir.Pulluklarımız sağlam konstrüksiyonlu ve kaliteli malzemeden yapılmıştır.Uzun ömürlüdür.Diskler bor çeliğidir.Disk bağlantılarının yapıldığı parçalar (flanşlar-kızaklar) sadece ŞAKALAK ‘a özel olarak dövme teknolojisi ile imal edilmiştir.Üç nokta askı sistemi uluslararası standartlara göre imal edildiğinde her türlü traktöre takılabilir özelliktedir.Pulluklarımızın Diskleri hem hareket yönüne paralel düzlemde (yön açısı), hem de toprak yüzeyine göre(durum açısı) açı oluştururlar.Pulluğun son gövdesinde helezon yay sistemli dengeleyici tekerlek(sarhoş teker) bulunmaktadır.Yapı ve konstrüksiyon bakımından imalatı standarttır.

Our plows are manufactured from sheet iron in width of 11 “12” 13 “14” 16” (inch) moldboards.Provides uninterrupted ploughing in rocky,stony, rough, plant rooted and fallow lands.Ploughs are manufactured with CNC technology using high quality and with special raw materials. Our plows are painted on special painting lines.Our plows have a long life with solid construction and use of high quality materials.Ploughs’ three point linkage system conforms to international standards and can be attached to anytype of tractor.The front part of the blades are manufactured in piece to ensure long life.Tip bars are in trapezoid shape. It can be used on both sides by reversing.The ergonomic design of the plough ensures easy ploughing and it reduces the tractor pullingforce even in rough lands.Possible to add extra moldboard anytime.The construction of the ploughs are standard.Thanks to the special spring absorber mechanism installed in each body, it is easy to get rid of allkinds of obstacles in the stoned areas and the plough is prevented from the mechanical damages bythis way. The hardness (tension) adjustment of the special shock absorber springs is available.There is an independent safety system for each body.It does not force the tractor, saves time and fuel.

Pulluklarımız özel boya hatlarında boyanmaktadır.Pulluklarımız sağlam konstrüksiyonu ve kaliteli malzeme kullanımı ile uzun ömürlüdür.Pulluk üç nokta askı sistemi uluslararası standartlara uygun olup her türlü traktöre bağlanabilir.Aynaların ön kısmı parçalı olarak imal edilerek uzun ömürlü olması sağlanmıştır.Her gövde arası, boynu uzatılmak suretiyle toprağın akışı rahatlatılmış, böylece toprak şişmesinden dolayı pulluğun traktöre vereceği çekiden gelen ağırlık ortadan kaldırılmıştır.Pulluğumuz Üç nokta askı çatısına monte edilen hidrolik piston aracılığıyla 360 derece her yöne çalışmak üzere üretilmiştir.Her gövdeye yerleştirilmiş özel helezon yay sayesinde her türlü engelden rahatça kurtulur, Otomatik mekanizması uygulanan özel ısıl işlem ile daha dayanıklı hale getirilmiştir. Amortisör yayı tansiyon sertlik ayarı mevcuttur. Her gövde bağımsız ayarlanabilir.Kulaklara verilen açı değişikliği ile toprağın kulaklar üzerinde kayması, iki gövde arasından daha rahat geçmesi ve altını üstüne çevirerek anızın ve otların toprağa gömülmesi işlemini gerçekleştirir.Yapı ve konstrüksiyon imalatı standarttır.Traktörü yormaz, zaman ve yakıt tasarrufu sağlar.

Our plows are manufactured from profile chassis as 2-3-4-5-6-7 moldboards.In our plows, the working width can be adjusted till to 12 “-14” -16 “by changing the position of the screwed connections.Ploughs are manufactured with CNC technology using high quality and with special rawmaterials. Our plows are painted on special painting lines.Our plows have a long life with solid construction and use of high quality materials.Ploughs’ three point linkage system conforms to international standards and can be attached to any type of tractor.The front part of the blades are manufactured in piece to ensure long life.The ergonomic design of the plough ensures easy ploughing and it reduces the tractor pulling force even in rough lands.It is manufactured to work 360 degrees in all directions by means of hydraulic piston mounted on three point linkage body.Thanks to the special coil spring installed in each body, it can be easily removed from any obstacles. The automatic mechanism is made more durable by special heat treatment.The spring tension adjustment is available. Each body can be adjusted independently.Thanks to special angel change of the moldboards it provides soil sliding over the moldboards, passing through the bodies more comfortable and provides the weeds and stubble burying by overturning the soil.There is an independent safety system for each body.It does not force the tractor, saves time and fuel.
