KEY REVISION TIPS
Add images
to help use
different
parts of your
brain!
Sing it,
make
rhymes or
actions!
Teaching
someone else
really helps
cement it in
your mind! Make lists of
key words,
quotes, dates,
equations! Use a memory
peg/Roman Room –
in your mind store
key info around a
familiar place!
Create big spider
diagrams with
clearly linked info
– use a different
one for each topic!
Before you do
anything, GET
ORGANISED!
Make a list
of all the
key topics
from every
subject so
you can tick
them off as
you work
through
them.
Invest in a
A4 Box
File to
store all
the
revision
notes you
make both
at home
and in
class.
Check that
you have
the correct
revision
guide that
your
teacher
wants you
to use!
Make flash cards
to test each other,
and stick facts
around your room!
Your attendance is very
important, vital, crucial,
key, critical and
essential to your
education, your grades
and your future. Please
take some time looking
through and discussing
your new attendance
poster…it looks like this

Please be aware of a couple of changes to the detention system:
• C4 detentions will now be held during lunchtimes in Room 45 every
day of the week
• C5 detentions will now be on a Monday
• Please remember it is your responsibility to get to the detention
and it is also better to not get a detention in the first place!!!
REMINDER: OUT OF LESSONS
•Pupils will not be allowed out of class for the
toilet or to get a drink
•If you have a toilet pass then it should not be
used immediately after break or lunch.

you should bring them every day. Remember to
bring them and get points.
If you arrive at school with any of your Top 5 missing you will be issued with a SEP (Stationary Emergency Pack) which will the be charged to your parent pay account. Students who do not need the whole pack can be charged for one or multiple items seperately
