Qui chun ny qui nh loi v cp cng trnh xy dng dn dng, cng nghip v h tng k thut th, bao gm cng trnh xy mi v ci to sa cha.

Gii thch t ngCng trnh xy dng

Trong qui chun ny cc t ng di y c hiu nh sau:

Sn phm c to thnh bi sc lao ng ca con ngi, vt liu xy dng, thit b lp t vo cng trnh, c lin kt nh v vi t, c th bao gm phn di mt t, phn trn mt t, phn di mt nc, phn trn mt nc, c xy dng theo thit k. 1.3.2 Loi cng trnh xy dng

Khi nim ch r cng nng s dng ca cng trnh (nh , trng hc, bnh vin, nh my sn xut xi mng, cp nc ). Mt d n u t c th c nhiu loi cng trnh. 1.3.3 Cp cng trnh

Khi nim th hin qui m ca cng trnh (chiu cao, din tch, cng sut ) hoc tm quan trng ca cng trnh (cp quc t, quc gia, tnh, ngnh, huyn, x hoc hu qu v kinh t, x hi, mi trng sinh thi khi cng trnh b s c). Mt loi cng trnh c th c nhiu cp khc nhau. Cp cng trnh c xc nh cho tng cng trnh n l ca d n u t (mt ngi nh chung c, mt nh hc thuc trng hc, mt nh phu thut thuc bnh vin, cng trnh thp trao i nhit ca mt nh my sn xut xi mng ). 1.3.4 Nh ring l

Cng trnh c b tr trong cng mt ngi nh cc nhm phng hoc tng nh c cng nng s dng khc nhau (vn phng, cc gian phng khn gi, dch v n ung, thng mi, cc phng v cc phng c chc nng khc). 1.3.8 Chiu cao cng trnh

Chiu cao cng trnh tnh t ct mt t t cng trnh theo qui hoch c duyt ti im cao nht ca cng trnh, k c mi tum hoc mi dc.GHI CH: Cc thit b k thut trn mi: ct ng ten, ct thu st, thit b s dng nng lng mt tri, b nc kim loi khng tnh vo chiu cao cng trnh.

S tng nh

S tng ca ngi nh bao gm ton b cc tng trn mt t (k c tng k thut, tng p mi, mi tum) v tng na hm.GHI CH: Cc tng hm khng tnh vo s tng nh.

1.3.10 Tng trn mt t Tng m ct sn ca n cao hn hoc bng ct mt t t cng trnh theo qui hoch c duyt. 1.3.11 Tng hm Tng m qu mt na chiu cao ca n nm di ct mt t t cng trnh theo qui hoch c duyt. 1.3.12 Tng na hm Tng m mt na chiu cao ca n nm trn hoc ngang ct mt t t cng trnh theo qui hoch c duyt. 1.3.13 Tng k thut Tng b tr cc thit b k thut ca ta nh. Tng k thut c th l tng hm, tng na hm, tng p mi hoc tng thuc phn gia ca ngi nh. 1.3.14 Tng p mi Tng nm bn trong khng gian ca mi dc m ton b hoc mt phn mt ng ca n c to bi b mt mi nghing hoc mi gp, trong tng ng (nu c) khng cao qu mt sn 1,5 m.

1.3.15 Din tch sn ca mt tng Din tch sn trong phm vi mp ngoi ca cc tng bao thuc tng. Phn din tch hnh lang, ban cng, l gia cng c tnh trong din tch sn. 1.3.16 Din tch tng p mi Din tch o ti ct sn trong phm vi mp ngoi ca cc tng bao thuc tng p mi. 1.3.17 Tng din tch sn ca ngi nh (cng trnh) Tng din tch sn ca tt c cc tng, bao gm c cc tng hm, tng na hm, tng k thut, tng p mi v tng mi tum. 1.3.18 H tng k thut th H tng k thut th bao gm: kt cu h tng giao thng th; cp nc, thot nc, x l nc thi, chiu sng, cng vin cy xanh, ngha trang, rc thi trong th.

2.1.2.1 Phn cp nh a) Nh chung c c phn thnh 4 cp (t cp I n cp IV), nh ring l c phn thnh 2 cp (III v IV) theo Bng A.1 Ph lc A; b) Cp ca nh chung c v nh ring l c cc tng hm c chn theo cp cao hn cn c s tng trn mt t (Bng A.1) hoc s tng hm (Bng A.2).V D: Nh chung 17 tng c 4 tng hm: Cp cng trnh cn c s tng trn mt t theo Bng A.1 l cp II; Cp cng trnh cn c s tng hm theo Bng A.2 l cp I.Nh chung c ny c chn l cp I.

2.1.2.2 Phn cp cng trnh cng cng a) Cng trnh cng cng c phn thnh 5 cp (cp c bit v cc cp t cp I n cp IV) theo Bng A.1, Ph lc A; b) Cc cng trnh cng cng c tng hm c chn cp cao hn cn c qui m (s tng, din tch, chiu cao) ca phn trn mt t (Bng A.1) hoc s tng hm (Bng A.2);

c) Cc cng trnh cng cng khng c trong danh mc ti Bng A.1 c chn cp cao nht cn c cc tiu ch phn cp theo tm quan trng v quy m cng trnh nh ghi ti Bng A.2; 2.1.2.3 Phn cp cng trnh khc thuc d n u t xy dng cng trnh dn dng a) b) Cng trnh cng nghip (nh kho, nh sn xut ... ) c ly theo cp cng trnh cng nghip tng ng quy nh ti Ph lc B; Cng trnh h tng k thut th (b cha nc sch, tuyn ng cp nc, tuyn cng thot nc, tuy nen k thut, kt cu h tng giao thng th ...) c ly theo cng trnh h tng k thut tng ng quy nh ti Ph lc C.

Cng trnh cng nghip c phn loi nh ti Bng B.1, Ph lc B bao gm: 2.2.1.1 Sn xut vt liu xy dng a) Nh my sn xut xi mng; b) Nh my sn xut gch p lt (Ceramic, gch Granit, gch gm); c) Nh my sn xut gch, ngi t st nung; d) Nh my sn xut s v sinh; e) Nh my sn xut knh; f) Nh my sn xut hn hp b tng v cu kin b tng; g) M khai thc . 2.2.1.2 Cng trnh khai thc than, qung a) M than hm l; b) M than l thin; c) Nh my chn ra, tuyn than; d) M qung hm l; e) M qung l thin; f) Nh my tuyn qung, lm giu qung; g) M bauxit t nhin; h) Nh my sn xut alumin. 2.2.1.3 Cng nghip du kh a) Cng trnh gin khoan thm d, khai thc trn bin; b) Nh my lc du; c) Nh my ch bin kh; d) Kho xng du; e) Kho cha kh ha lng; f) Tuyn ng dn kh, du. 7

2.2.2

Phn cp cng trnh cng nghip

2.2.2.1 Cc cng trnh xy dng cng nghip thuc dy chuyn cng ngh sn xut chnh c phn cp theo qui m sn xut hoc c im cng ngh (cng sut, sn lng, sc cha, su khai thc, p lc tuyn ng) thnh 5 cp (cp c bit v cc cp t cp I n cp IV) theo Bng B.1, Ph lc B. 2.2.2.2 Cc cng trnh nm trong dy chuyn cng ngh sn xut chnh m c phn ngm hoc kt cu vi chiu cao hoc nhp ln th c i chiu thm vi Bng B.2, Ph lc B v chn cp cng trnh nh sau: a) Trng hp theo Bng B.2, cng trnh c cp cao hn so vi cp qui nh cho cc cng trnh thuc dy chuyn cng ngh sn xut chnh th cp ca cng trnh ny c ly theo Bng B.2;V D: Cng trnh thp trao i nhit c chiu cao 105 m ca nh my xi mng cng sut 0,9 triu tn/nm: Theo Bng B.1, cng trnh thuc cp III; Theo Bng B.2, cng trnh thuc cp II. Cp ca cng trnh thp trao i nhit c chn l cp II.

b) Trng hp theo Bng B.2, cng trnh c cp nh hn cp qui nh cho cc cng trnh thuc dy chuyn cng ngh sn xut chnh th cp ca cng trnh ny c ly theo cp cng trnh thuc dy chuyn sn xut chnh.V D: Cng trnh nh nghin xi mng c chiu di nhp kt cu ln nht l 24 m ca nh my xi mng cng sut 1,4 triu tn/nm: Theo Bng B.1, cng trnh thuc cp II; Theo Bng B.2, cng trnh thuc cp III. Cp ca cng trnh nh nghin xi mng c chn l cp II.

2.2.2.3 Phn cp cc cng trnh khc thuc d n u t xy dng cng trnh cng nghip nhng khng nm trong dy chuyn sn xut chnh

a) Cc cng trnh cng nghip khng nm trong dy chuyn cng ngh sn xut chnh, cn c tm quan trng ca cng trnh hoc qui m ca kt cu, c ly theo cp qui nh ti Bng B.2, Ph lc B; b) Cc cng trnh dn dng (nh iu hnh, hnh chnh, nh n) c ly theo cp cng trnh tng ng qui nh ti Ph lc A; c) Cc cng trnh h tng k thut (cp nc, x l nc thi, kt cu h tng giao thng th, tuy nen k thut, ) c ly theo cp cng trnh tng ng qui nh ti Ph lc C.

Cng trnh h tng k thut th c phn loi nh ti bng C.1, Ph lc C bao gm: 2.3.1.1 Cp nc 2.3.1.2 Thot nc 2.3.1.3 X l rc thi 2.3.1.4 Chiu sng cng cng, cng vin, ngha trang th 2.3.1.5 Ga ra t, xe my 2.3.1.6 Tuy nen k thut 2.3.1.7 Kt cu h tng giao thng th. 2.3.2 Phn cp cng trnh h tng k thut th

2.3.2.1 Cc cng trnh h tng k thut c phn cp theo Bng C.1, Ph lc C. 2.3.2.2 Cc cng trnh dn dng thuc d n xy dng cng trnh h tng k thut th c ly theo cp cng trnh dn dng tng ng qui nh ti Ph lc A. 2.3.2.3 Cc cng trnh cng nghip thuc d n xy dng cng trnh h tng k thut th c ly theo cp cng trnh h tng cng nghip tng ng qui nh ti Ph lc B.
