가스케트의 재료는 환경에 대한 영향 및 엔진의 소형화, 경량화,

고출력화 되어감에 따라 Metal 소재로 변화해 가는 추세입니다.

현재 당사의 Metal Line은 흐름생산방식으로 설계되어 효율

적인 Line Balance로 Line을 운용하고 있습니다. 엔진의 주

요 핵심 부품으로 실린더 블록과 헤드 사이의 고온 고압의 연소

가스와 냉각수, 윤활유 등을 실링하는 역할을 합니다. 엔진의 고

출력, 고압화, 경량화 등의 추세에 맞추어 개발한 다양한 구조의

Gasket을 최신의 자동화 설비를 갖춘 생산 설비에서 우수한 품

질의 제품을 다량으로 생산하고 있습니다.

The gasket’s materials are in the process of transforming into

metal materials due to their effects on the environment and

the fact that engines are becoming smaller, greater in output,

and lighter in weight. The metal line of our company has been

designed as a flowing production method allowing efficient

line balance to be maintained. Role as the main core of the

engine parts, sealing between the cylinder block and head of

the high-temperature and high-pressure combustion gas and

coolant, lubricants, etc. Development of various structures

in accordance with the trend of the high output of the

engine, such as high pressure lightweight Gasket high quality

products from the production facility equipped with the latest

automated equipment to produce.

Intake/Exhaust Manifold Gasket, Turbo Charger

Gasket, EGR Gasket, Muffler Gasket 등 흡배기 시스템에

사용하는 Gasket으로 내열성 및 압축 복원 특성이 강한 스테인

리스 강판 및 내열성 Sheet를 주로 적용합니다. 내열성 및 내구

성, 실링 성능이 우수한 Gasket을 자동용접기와 풀프루핑 장치

를 사용하여, 우수한 품질의 제품을 생산하고 있습니다. 또한 고

출력을 위한 고온의 TURBO CHARGER 용 Gasket를 개발하

여 생산하고 있습니다. 흡기, 배기 Manifold / Muffler Gasket

을 생산하며, 성형, 조립, 용접, 압축공정이 기본공정으로 재료 투

입에서 완제품 검수, 포장까지 일괄 Line으로 생산합니다.

This gasket is used in intake/exhaust system as Exhaust

Manifold Gaskets, Turbo Charger Gaskets, EGR Gaskets, and

Muffler Gaskets. It is generally used on stainless steel sheets

and heat-resistant sheets with strog heat-resistance and

compression recovery features. Looping device, use automatic

welding machine and fool proofing system for heat resistance,

durability and excellent sealing performance, excellent quality

of products. It produces intake/exhaust manifold and muffler

gaskets. The basic process is comprised of correction, assembly,

welding, and compression, as well as inspection and packaging

that are all produced in a linear line.

A gasket applied on the circulation of the engine’s lubricant

and coolant. It usually uses materials with excellent stability.

It produces washers and unit components produced from

various materials such as bronze and aluminum, and high-

speed and high-quantity production is possible. It conforms

to strict manufacturing standards where a person is put in

charge of each of the stages of production, inspection, and

packaging, in order to ensure a high level of quality.

자동변속기 유압 제어장치의 핵심 부품인 Valve body에 적용

하는 Gasket으로써, 유압을 유지하고 유압 회로를 확보하는 역

할을 합니다. 전자동의 Plate 성형, 연마 장비와 각종 검사 공정

설비 등의 일괄 생산 라인을 통해 우수한 품질의 Plate를 생산

하고 있으며, 전자동 Plate 접착 생산 라인을 통해 우수한 품질

의 접착식 Valve body용 Gasket를 생산하고 있습니다. 가스

케트가 플레이트에 접착되어 있어 밸브바디에 쉽고 정확하게 조

립시킬 수 있습니다. 운송 또는 보관 중에도 습도에 의한 치수

변화가 없습니다.

A gasket applied on the valve body, a core component for an

automatic transmission valve body. The production line and

the bulk of the production line, fully automatic plate forming,

inspection process equipment and polishing equipment to

produce a superior quality Plate, Full Plate Adhesive gasket

quality adhesive gasket of the valve body for the production.

To attach the gasket on the plate, the valve body can be

assembled in an easy and accurate manner. There is no

change in values caused by humidity during transportation

or storage.

동, 알루미늄, 인청동 등 다양한 재질의 와셔 제품은 오토매틱 트

랜스미션 및 각종 Packing의 핵심부품으로써 Sealing 기능을

담당하는 Gasket 입니다. 엄격한 작업 기준을 적용 하여 생산

하고 있으며, Vision 검사기를 통한 검수로 최고의 품질을 확보

하고 있습니다.

Washers made of brass, aluminum and phosphor bronze

function as sealing gaskets widely used for automatic

transmissions and various key packing parts. We make it a rule

to place experts on each process of production, inspection by

camera and packing applying strict process standards so as to

guarantee our best quality.

엔진의 배기계에서 방사되는 고온의 열과 소음을 차단하여 각종

열에 약한 부품들을 보호하고 자동차를 정숙하게 하기 위한 부

품으로써, Insulator를 중간에 두고 강판으로 감싸는 구조로 되어

있습니다. 열에 민감한 부품을 위한 단열과, 차내로 유입되거나

외부로 발산되는 소음 저감이 가능합니다. 3매 설계로서 우수한

열 차단과 최적의 소음 저감을 이룰 수 있습니다.

By cutting off hot heat and noise emitting from engine’s

exhaustion system, this protects components which are weak

for heat and makes automobiles quiet. It is structured to

wrap with steel plate putting insulator in the middle. System

engineering is required. The insulation for heat-sensitive

components and reduction of noise that is brought into the

system or that is transmitted to the outside is possible. 3-Step

design allows excellent heat prevention and optimal noise

reduction.
