The Project was about the Microsoft changing the Licensing technique from Instance base to Core based and Company was using huge amount of physical cores for Database SQL servers.

Solution Provided – Created SQL VMware Cluster and moving 60% of Non-Critical databases to virtualization by reducing the Core counts.

Moving Critical SQL Databases to new Less Cored machine using P2P technology. For all HP G7 and G8 Blades reducing Cores from the BIOS.

2) Project Windows 2003 Lifecycle upgrade (Agile Mythology) – In progress. Planning and migrating all the windows 2003 server operating system to windows 2012 or

2008, we are giving them a new virtual machine / physical machine and then Application is being moved with the data later.
