CMC l hp cht ca Natri v axt cellulose nhn c khi cho phn ng cellulose c tnh kim vi monocloaxetat natri hoc vi monoclorua.

1.4. POLYACRILAMIDE

Polyacrilamide l polimer mch di cao phn t, trng lng phn t t 3.104 6.106, c dng ht nh. Lin doanh Vit Nga Vietsovpetro s dng Polyacrilamide hai dng; Dng ht kh (PAA) v thu ho tng phn 25-30% (PHPA).

Sau khi o xong dung dch x l *** nhit thng , cho vo nung nhit 150 oC trong 3 gi ( thi gian c bt u tnh t lc mu nung t nhit 150oC) , lm ngui, dung dch ra khuy 30 pht bng my khuy chm (3000 300 v/p), ri tin hnh o bn Gel sau 10 pht .

Mc 7-Kh nng thm nc . 7.1- Chun b st v to mu

Chun b st: Nghin st Di Linh cha hot ha v sng qua li 0.25 mm. Xc nh m W ca st nghin tng t cch xc nh m ca cc vt liu khc nh nu trn. Tnh lng nc thm vo m st ti 20 % v cn thn trn u, y kn. Cn 20 g st lm m, cho vo khun bi m chng dnh, p mu 35 5 KN trong 5 pht (tng t t lc p ti 35 KN trong 1 pht u, duy tr lc nn 35 5 KN trong 4 pht sau) bng my nn mu xi mng Streng Tester. X lc p, ly mu ra (sau khi p, mu c kch thc chun vi ng knh 20 mm, cao 32 mm) nhng 2 u mu ngp khong 2 mm trong nn nng chy. Cn mu p trc ngm (mo).

7.2- Xc nh kh nng thm nc

Dung dch nn l dung dch phn nhm kali t trng nh: 1 lt NKT + 50 80 g st API, trn bng my khuy chm 30 pht, tnh 24 gi (25 5 ) + 3 g CMC-HV + 10 g FCL + 7,5 g KOH + 5 g AKK (pH = 9 0,5).

Dung dch s l: 1 lt DDN + 20 ml KOP (nhm 1) hoc 3 5 ml KOP (nhm 2).

Ngm mu st vo DDN v Dung dch s l trong 4 gi 25 oC. Ly mu ra dng giy thm lau kh (ch : bc nh ht lp v bn t dung dch bm vo mu nu c). Cn mu sau ngm (m). thm t (Y) mu tnh theo % c tnh nh sau:

Y = (m mo) / mo x 100 , trng lng mu tnh bng gam.

Tc thm t Vt (cm / gi) tnh theo cng thc:

Cht hot ng b mt c dng lm gim sc cng b mt ti ranh gii gia hai pha (lng-kh, lng rn) hay gia hai cht lng khng ho trn nhau.

Trong qu trnh thi cng ging khoan, cht hot ng b mt c dng x l dung dch khoan khi khoan vo tng sn phm vi mc ch bo v tnh thm ca va du cng nh lm tng tnh c ch v kh nng bi trn ca dung dch.a- Thng s k thut

Dung dch nn c chun b theo n pha ch nh sau: 500ml NKT+150 st API trn u ri ngm 24h. Sau qu trnh ngm, cho vo tip 500ml nc bin ri khuy u trong thi gian 30 pht, ri tip tc cho cc ho phm cn thit gm : 5g CMC HV+ 10g FCL+5g AKK +7,5g KOH( c pH=90,5) vi thi gian cho ha phm cch nhau 10 pht. Hn hp c c khuy tip thm 2h bng my khuy chm vi s vng quay 3000 300 v/p.

1.10 CHT BI TRN

b- Cch xc nh cc thng s

2.Chun b mu cao su: l loi vng m cao su (Vit nam sn xut), ng knh D=220mm, tit din 14,5x10 mm ca my bm khoan -600. Ct dy di khong 100 2 mm , lau kh, cn chnh xc n 0,001g xc nh trng lng ban u mo(g), v xc inh th tch ban u Vo(cm3) bng my Positive Displacement Hand Pumps HAT Series vi chnh xc n 0,001 cm3.

3.Chun b dung dch th nghim: Chun b hai mu, mu mt l dung dch nn, mu hai l dung dch nn +5% (th tch) cht bi trn (dung dch th nghim) , khuy bng my khuy tc cao (11000300 v/p) trong thi gian 5 pht

4.Tin hnh th nghim: Tin hnh nung ng thi hai bnh nung trong l khi quay, trong thi gian 3 ngy lin tc, mi ngy nung 8 gi, nhit t=150 0C vi chu k nung hng ngy nh sau; 7 gi sng bt in l nung, 11h 30 ngt in, bui chiu 13h30 bt in l nung v 16h50 ngt in. Trong , bnh mt cha dung dch nn v mu cao su, bnh hai cha dung dch th nghim v mu cao su. Sau khi lm ngui ly mu cao su ra ra sch , lau kh ri n v o li trng lng mt (g), th tch Vt (cm3) ca mu cao su.

5.Tnh ton kt qu

5.1. tng (%) trng lng ca mu cao su b nh hng bi du bi trn

6.4. Cho dung dch th nghim (mc 7.3) vo bnh nung v nung trong l nung quay nhit 150 oC trong vng 3 gi ( khng tnh thi gian t nng mu t 150oC v thi gian lm ngui sau khi nung trong l quy)

6.5. Dung dch th nghim sau khi nung v lm ngui n 30-400C c khuy li bng my khuy Multimixer vi tc 11000300 v/p trong thi gian 5 pht mi tin hnh o h s (K2)

6.6. Tnh ton kt qu

Cho vo cc khuy 190 ml nc k thut bt my khuy Multimixer vi tc 11000300v/p, cho vo cc khuy 10 ml cht bi trn , khuy tip trong 5 pht. vo ng ong thu tinh loi 500ml, tnh trong 10 pht, ri c th tch (cm3) ca phn cha nh ha pha trn, c gii hn bi mu khc bit vi phn b nh ha pha di.

Cho vo cc khuy 190ml nc k thut bt my khuy Multimixer vi tc 11000300v/p, cho vo cc khuy 10 ml cht bi trn, khuy tip trong 5 pht. vo ng ong thu tinh loi 1lt, tnh trong 10 pht , c th tch tng th V1 (l th tch c bt v c cht lng), th tch cht lng (V2)

Phn trm to bt ca dung dch (10ml cht bi trn trong 190ml NKT) nhit 2550C :

10.1.Cho 150 g barite vo 300 ml NKT ri khuy bng my khuy Multimixer tc cao trong vng 5 pht. Sau cho tip vo cc thm 10ml cht bi trn v 4-12 ml (ph thuc vo cht bi trn) dung dch 10% KOH (10g KOH /100ml nc) pH ca hn hp t n 11-11,5. Hn hp c tip tc khuy bng my khuy Multimixer thm 15 pht ri cho vo l nung nhit 80-90 0C trong vng 1 gi.

10.2. Sau khi nung mt gi, hn hp tip tc c khuy bng my Multimixer v ng thi cho t t 50 ml dung dch CaCl2 2% (1g CaCl2/50 ml nc) vo hn hp (thi gian khuy 5 pht). Sau li cho hn hp trn vo l nung nhit 80-90 0C trong vng 1 gi. Sau khi kt thc qu trnh nung, hn hp c khuy trn bng my Multimixer trong khong thi gian 5 pht, ri tnh n nhit 255 oC.

10.3. Sau khi nhit hn hp t n nhit 255 oC, khuy 5 pht bng my Multimixer v tin hnh lc hn hp qua li 125x125 m bng vi nc ra trong thi gian 5 pht. Cn cn li trn sn s c sy nhit 100-105 oC trong thi gian 3 gi, sau em cn vi chnh xc 0,1g.

1.11. CHT DIT KHUN

Cht dit khun dng ngn cn qu trnh phn hu cc cht hu c c trong dung dch khoan di tc dng ca cc vi sinh vt.

Cht dit khun c dung trong XNLD Vietsovpetro thng c tn: Vietbac-21, ANTIFORMIN DMT v nhng cht khc.

b- Cch xc nh cc thng sMc 2- Phng php xc nh hm lng cht tinh phn nhm kali1. Chun b ho cht phn tch:

+Nc ct

+Dung dch m acetat pH=5,5-6; Ho tan 55g natri axetat (NaCH3COO.3H2O) vo nc ct, thm nc ct n 100ml v thm 10ml dung dch axit axetic 1N.

+Cht ch th xylenol da cam; Ho tan 1g xylenol da cam (C13H30N2O13S) vo nc ct, thm nc ct vo va 100ml. Dung dch dng tt trong 14 ngy, c gi trong l kn, thu tinh mu.

2.Tin hnh phn tch :

Cn 0,72 g AKK trn cn c chnh xc 0,001g cho vo bnh tam gic c dung tch 250ml, cho 50 ml nc ct , lc cho AKK tan ht , rt 40 ml dung dch chun 0,05N Trilon B , t ln bp mc nhit thp , sau rt 15 ml m acetat vo bnh , lc u , t tip ln bp mu si nh (ln tm) trong khong thi gian 3-4 pht., tt bp a nhanh l mu ra lm lnh bng nc (cho vi nc chy u bn ngoi v bnh), sau rt vo bnh 0,5ml dung dch ch th xylenol da cam v chun bng dung dch ZnSO4 0,05N cho n khi mu dung dch chuyn t vng sang mu hng.
