Tendências do conteúdo
Propriedades do conteúdo (e pesquisas?)› Para além do texto
› Imagens, musica, código, streams, estatísticas, etc
› Multimedia, multilingual› Dinâmico
› Temporal (ex., blogs, wikis, sensor streams)› Condicional (ex, comuted links, recomendações)
Relações entre o conteúdo› Hiperligações, novos metadados, agregações› Livrarias Digitais, colecções pessoais (conteúdo curado?)
Conteúdo adquire história → Recolha de contexto

10
Human–computer information retrieval (HCIR) is the study of information retrieval techniques that bring human intelligence into the searching process.
J. M. Fernandez-Luna et al. (2009)
11
IR from the perspective of an active human with information needs, information skills, powerful IR resources (that include other humans) situated in global and local connected communities — all of which evolve over time
G. Marchionini (2006)

17
“a field concerned with the real-time, explicit collaboration which occurs
when multiple users search together to satisfy a shared information need. This
collaboration can take place either with he users working remotely, or, in
a co-located setting”
C. Foley (2008)
18
“any activity that collectively resolves an information problem
taken by members of a work-team”
Dumais et al. (2000)
19
