REFLECTION OF TEACHER:

1. 教孩子是需要带出信息，并让他们明白当天所带出的信息，而不是单单娱乐及讲故事。- good point

2. 做一个老师需要准备好，每一方面都要准备周全。- Must be well prepared. The more you prepare, the easily and less stress for the teachers.

3. 老师之间需要好的配搭。- The duty must be well communicate before start. Teachers will know what to expect and how to help.

4. 当老师人数不足时，可以选一些小老师帮忙。- good point.

REFLECTION OF 13/4：

1. 当天的学生人数高达 30位，而我们 estimate当天只有 20位。- I believe we were having about 30 kids each session. Should prepare for 35pax next time.

2. 由于换了一个新环境，场面不是控制得很好。- Next group must go and survey the place first. Plan the activities and the flow.

3. 老师们都很尽力，也很配合。- good

4. 小老师也很配合。- good

5. 当天有两个手工，小孩子都有参与。- good

6. 小孩子有些吵闹，有的在旁边玩，不听课。- Is there any good suggestion?

7. 许多小孩子在可还没结束之前，就已经跑下楼下找父母了。不过老师及小老师发现后有把他们带上来，并阻止他们再下去。- This must be well control. After everyone go into the class, the door must be locked. Don’t allow the kids to walk in and out freely. We are responsible for the safety of the kids.

8. 敬拜赞美带得很好，有气氛，小孩子们也参与其中。- good
