REIKI I BEGINNER LEVEL CERTIFICATION AND ATTUNEMENT
Come find out what exists in all of us—an innate ability to return to our natural state of balance and wellness through the healing art of Usui Reiki. Popularly know as “Reiki”, this healing method dates back to the early 1900s in Japan. Reiki is a safe, natural, and non-‐religious practice, which at times incorporates light touch and focuses on the intention for wellness. It is practiced today in both traditional and non-‐traditional healthcare settings and is used to address everything from acute and chronic pain, to post-‐surgical healing and stress relief. This relaxed and conversational class provides a basic overview of Reiki philosophy and its methods, along with some hands-‐on practice. NO PRIOR ENERGY TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE IS NECCESARY. This class is perfect for anyone new to energy work who is:
• Curious about energy healing • Would like to gain an “energetic vocabulary” • Interested in using Reiki for their own personal
wellness or that of others • Interested in becoming a professional
practitioner
