RELAXING BATH

Mix all oils and add to the carrier oil- shake well and warm gently before massaging on sore joints.
FOR a BACK ACHE MASSAGE
2 tablespoons -Almond oil,10 drops -Lavender6 drops -Rosemary6 drops -Sandalwood3 drops -GeraniumMix inAmber bottle,Shake and apply to areas of discomfort.
OIL for ACHES, PAIN and RHEUMATISM

TO SOOTHE ACHING MUSCLES

Massage to affected areas.This blend can also be added (about half) to the bath tub. NOTE: If using our 10% dilution of Jasmine you will need to add approximately 20 drops of the Jasmine absolute 10%

Blend all essential oils in aPET plastic bottles, then add the SweetSweet almondoil. Shake well. Use for massage when you need a little more energy. Especially good to massage on tired legs and the lower back.

A DE-STRESSING BATH

Fill Tub with warm water, add the essential oils. Close the bathroom door and enjoy and relax. Light a few candles, play your favorite relaxing music and unwind!WHEN YOU HAVE PLAYED TOO HARD
