Conf & Meeting Room - Masters

• Masters allows the admin to update/modify any information for the premises, conference room or facilities.
• Using conference room master Admin can add/modify the conference room details, add more capacity, add new conference room etc.

Conference - Reservation

• User can place request for booking of a conference room/video conference room.
• User selects the desired premises, date, time duration, the capacity of the conference room and the booking type (recurring/normal) and submits the requisition.

Conference – Availability Chart

• Once he submits the requisition he/she can view the conference room availability chart (red blocks for booked ones, green for available once and black for withheld).
• user can go ahead and block the one among available once during his requirement time window.

Conference - Changes

• The user can make relevant changes in his/her requisition.
• All the requisition placed by the user are available and he/she can select the one for which he wants to make the changes.
• Once the user selects the requisition, he/she makes the relevant changes by entering the new date and time, entering the capacity and the selects the view.

Conference - Cancellation

• The requester can go ahead and cancel his/her requisition.
• All the requisition placed by requester are available and he can select and cancel the one he/she wants to from those.

Conference - Withhold

• Facility/Admin has the provision to withheld a particular conference room for a period of time considering certain parameters like maintenance etc.
• User can see the particular block as withheld for that time period and cannot make reservation.
• Similarly the Facility/Admin can go ahead and modify the withheld if required.
• Once the withheld period is over Facility/Admin can release the withheld and it becomes available to the user for booking.

Conference – Forcible Changes

• The Admin/Facility can make forcible changes in case of some more priority task coming on the way or considering any other parameters.
• Facility/Admin can select the time duration and conference room for which he wants to make such changes and can change the requisitions for that time period against that conference room.

Conference - Reports

• Reports regarding conference room booking are available based on various parameters like room booking, occupancy rating, cost report, withheld report, release report, department wise report etc .
• Facility/Admin can enter the required parameters and see the reports.
