A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT

OFFICER (MSWDO) MRS. ERLINDA S. STIMSON AS PAYEE FOR THE PAYMENT OF MEALS AND

SNACKS SERVED DURING THE MAC/MAT MEETING HELD LAST JUNE 19, 2013

WHEREAS, the Department of Social Welfare and Development conducted a

MAC/MAT Meeting with the different department heads of this local government unit last

June 19, 2013;

WHEREAS, said activity requires catering services to provide meals and snacks for

the participants, however, there are no registered catering services operating within this

municipality;

WHEREAS, there is a need to authorize the Municipal Social Welfare and

Development Officer, Mrs. Erlinda S. Stimson as payee for the payment of meals and

snacks served on said occasion in the absence of a registered catering service;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Dominador I. Sianen, with the unanimous

accord of the members of the Sangguniang Bayan present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan in session

assembled, to authorize the Municipal Social Welfare Development Officer (MSWDO)

Mrs. Erlinda S. Stimson as payee for the payment of meals and snacks served during the

MAC/MAT Meeting held last June 19, 2013 in this municipality.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Department of Social

Welfare and Development Cordillera Administrative Region, for their information and

appropriate action.

APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY, at Boliney, Abra.
