I am writing further to your request received by the Ministry of Finance. Your request is for:

A list of all flights taken on Omega Air Corporation/Blackcomb Aviation or any other charter

carrier by personnel from the Office of the Premier, including the Premier and also including the

dates, times and routes, the list of all passengers including those who are not affiliated with

OOP and payments. The timeline is August 2, 2012 to [October 25, 2012].

Please find enclosed a copy of the records located in response to your request. Some information

has been withheld pursuant to section(s) 15 (Disclosure harmful to law enforcement), 17

(Disclosure harmful to the financial or economic interests of a public body), 14 (Legal advice),

19 (Disclosure harmful to individual or public safety), and 22 (Disclosure harmful to personal

privacy) of FOIPPA. Copies of these sections of FOIPPA are provided for your reference. A
