At present I am working with the National Skill Development Agency, a central autonomous organization of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship as Consultant- Public Relation Officer, I have also been jointly assigned the work of CPIO, Administration, and Procurement. Manpower/Screening Committees of fresh appointment/consultancy etc. for the promotion of Skill Development in India on the direct control of Chairman/ DG, NSDA. The time for the present engagement as Consultant-PRO is up to first week of January, 2017.

I was attached as Private Secretary with the Lok Sabha Member of Parliament Sh. Charanjeet Singh Rori, to assist him for the disposal of his Parliamentary, Social and Constituency responsibilities during 1.6.2014 to 16/7/2015. This was a very important work to update the MP, LS relating the parliament procedures to help solve the problems being faced by the residents of his constituencies, State and National Importance.

During 2010-2014 as Section Officer, Ministry of Commerce, I have dealt with the administration of four Export Promotion Council (Plexconcil, Chemexil, Capexil and Shefexil). The main object of my section is to promote the export of our country by facilitating the exporter and stake holder relating to these four export promotion councils. The Export of the four councils related to Chemical sector is about 40B, USD. The problems and the requirement of the exporters, manufacturers and stake holder have to be sorted out by coordinating with the concerned department of GOI due to aim to promote the Indian Export. The matters of Indian Exporters are also to be handled with the worldwide countries and agencies under the guidelines of World Trade Orgnisations.

During my tenure as Liaison Officer (Members of Parliament) during 2005 to 2010 I have the experience to Work/ Liaison/ Protocol with the VIPs/Dignitaries, specially on the formation of 15th Lok Sabha in May 2009, arrangement of more than 400 rooms have been made to accommodate the newly elected MPs of 15th Lok Sabah in various State Bhawan/Guest Houses and ITDC Hotels (Samrat, Janpath&Ashoka) as transit accommodation till they got regular accommodation. Availability of rooms and rates thereof has also been finalised on the direction of senior officers of Directorate of Estates/ Ministry of Urban Development. The payment for the State/UTs guest houses and ITDC Hotel (Samrat) in Delhi for the transit stay of MPs till they got regular accommodation are made.

The eviction proceedings of about 350 cases of unauthorised occupation of Regular/ Guest accommodation of MPs Pool Accommodation has also been initiated before the Estate Officer under PP Act 1971 against the members of 14th Lok Sabha, who has not contested or not reelected for the 15th Lok Sabha. Action initiated to get vacated/evicted these accommodations very promptly so that the new members of 15th Lok Sabha may get their accommodation.

Remains Nodal Officer of Directorate of Estates, Ministry of Urban Development in regard with the arrangement of transit accommodation to newly elected MPs of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and to facilitate the Members of Parliament during allotment of regular accommodation and to liaison with the other departments in respect of their regular accommodation/ guest accommodation and hotel/guest house in Delhi and outside Delhi.

Allotment of accommodation to the Union Ministers and Political Parties at VP House and allotment of Guest Accommodation to Union Ministers at Western Court Hostel.

I was also Estate Officer for the initiation of Eviction Proceedings under the PP Act for unauthorized occupant of the total 74 suites of Western Court Hostel, Janpath, New Delhi.

During 1999-2005, I have worked as Assistant with the Ministry of Commerce. I was dealing with grant to the States/UTs Government and Central Agencies for the development of infrastructure for the Promotion of Indian Exports. Their proposals were to be considered and to be submitted for the approval of Empowered Committee headed by the Commerce Secretary. Monitoring of their progress and proper utilization of the central grant.

2. I had requested Directorate of Estates, Ministry of Urban Development for placement of our present Type III, General Pool accommodation Block 4/62, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi. The present accommodation was allotted to my husband Sh. Dharam Vir Singh, who has since been retired on superannuation on 31/5/2014.

3. I again resubmit my request for your kind consideration for placement of Delhi Administration type IV accommodation to General Pool on th following grounds:

i. That myhusband Sh. DharamVir Singh is suffering from heart ailment and underwent PTCA in 2010 and again in 2012 using Xience V Stent in LAD in ESCORT Hospital New Delhi. He is under treatment in Escort Hospital and G.B.Pant, Hospital New Delhi.

ii. That I am working as lecturer, Political Science in Govt. Co-Edu. Sr. Sec. School, Lodhi Road, New Delhi in the pay scale of 9300-34800 + 4800 Grade Pay under the Education Department of GNCT of Delhi. I am not drawing House Rent Allowance HRA since the day of joining of my service i.e. 2/1/1988. I am awardee of IndraPuraskar 2000, and State Best Teacher 2007.

iii. That I am eligible for Type III accommodation and my turn for allotment, the date of priority i.e. 2/1/1988 has already been covered for the General Pool and Delhi Administration Pool accommodation. My date of retirement is 31/10/2019. I was allotted a type III Delhi Admn. Flats at Model Town Delhi in Nov. 2013. (Registration No. 10029359).I will also be eligible for type IV accommodation in 2016. I am also ready to pay special license fee for the period till my eligibility for type IV accommodation.

iv. That our present accommodation is near to my school. My son is studying in XI class and the change of residence/school is not

advisable at this stage for the proper continuation of the study of my son.

1) I am a National Technical official (Referee/Umpire) of Athletics Federation of India and had participated India in many International events.

2) I was granted special increments vide office order dt. 6/3/12 after all verificationsand approval of the concerned authorities and in view of existing instruction of DoP&T/FR/SR etc.

3) The OM at 19/9/2013 seems torelates to earlier beneficiaries of minimum amount of increment for those who are already having special increment .My case is different as my increment has started only dated 1/11/2008 onwards. My increment from 2003 onwards will be increased in view of this order and other increments will be unchanged.

4) The present office order dt. 3/4/14 has not bears the approval of competent authorities/finance/DoP&T etc.

5) Before taking action of recovery the OM No. 18/26/2011-estt. PayIdt. 6/2/2014 it may also be considered in the interest of justice as I am going to retire on 31/5/2014.

6) It is also requested that copies of all the relevant documents/submission may also be provided for further processing of my submission in this case.

In view of above, for clarification and my submission, it is requestedthat the recovery of excess amount as shown vide your Office Order dated. 3/4/2014 may not be considered till the approval of Competent Authority. The matter may also be sent to Department of Personnel and Training, Finance, Athletics Federation of India and all other Concerned Department etc. before taking any action of recovery.

Respected Sir,

With due respect, I am submitting the following facts for your consideration and appeal for justice against the advertisement & draw of Lots Housing Scheme 2010.

1) that vide application no 0497274 dated 22.12.2010 I have applied for locality code nos 11,12,61,21,47 in Housing scheme 2010. The preference code no 61shows approx range of plinth area between 50-80 (in sqm) in the Annexure A in the detail of flats, tentative cost and locality code at the prospectus for this scheme.

2) that vide your letter no. Form No. 497274/DDA-HS-2010/556 dated 23.5.2011 I have been allotted flat no. 315, Sector B-4 at NarelaDelhi in the draw held on 18.4.11 under expandable type B category, locality code no 61.

3) that on visiting the site, it was found that the said flat is too small having double storey and without the staircase on the first floor to second floor having only about below 30 sqm area.I had applied for the flat having range of plinth area of 50-80 sqm as per your advertisement and prospectus.

4) that I have visited DDA office many times and I was told that the plinth area of all three floors (ground,first&second) means the total areaof the flat. I was told that such type of request will not be considered. I was also told that most of the flats was also not accepted in the earlier draws made by the DDA as such type of expandable flats are available in Narela only.

5) that I immediately responded vide my application dated 6/6/211to DDA that the said flat is not acceptable to me as it is not having the plinth area between the 50-80 sqm as advertised by the DDAand totally against my choices for the draw. It was requested that the deposited amount of Rs. 1.50 lacs may please be returned with interest if my request will not be considered. The amount of Rs. 1.50 lac was returned without interest in Nov. 2011 after many personal visits and unnecessary formalities.The amount of Rs. 1.50 lac was remained with the DDA due to their wrong information and without any fault of the individual.

6) that such type of flats were constructed before more than 10 years and such type of wrong information are being providing by DDA to the public in the earlier schemes also. The flats are not acceptable by the public and again these flats are advertised in the coming draw of lots.Many flats are still lying vacant for the last more than 10 years and causes loss to the DDA.

In view of the above mentioned circumstances, I humbly request you, sir kindly consider my candidature for another flat as per my choices vide from no 497274 or another vacant flat and steps may also be taken for the proper information of these type of flats to the public in the next draw of DDA.

As you are aware that Mallakhamb is a traditional Indian sport in which a gymnast performs poses and feats while hanging from a vertical wooden pole or rope. Playing on Mallakhamb helps to develop ones speed, reflexes, concentration, and coordination. Training of Mallakhamb helps in practicing all other games which include Wrestling, Judo, Gymnastics, Athletics, Horse riding, Badminton, Tennis, Football etc. About 29 State/UTs participate in Mallakhamb competitions at National level in different age groups of Sub Junior/ Junior /senior boys/girls/men /women categories. Many States/UTs are also participating in Inter University/ School Games/Mayors Trophy/other local competitions.

The Delhi State Mallakhamb Association affiliated from the Mallakhamb Federation of India has re-started this sport in Delhi for the last three years. The Delhi State Team has participated in the following competitions:-

1) National Mallakhamb Championship held at Pune, Maharastra during February 2012.

2) National Senior Men, Junior Boys, Junior Girls and Senior Women Mallakhamb Championship held at Mardol, Goa during Nov. 2012.

3) Proposed participation for Mini Sub Junior Boys and Girls National Mallakhamb Championship to be held at Uppalam, Pudhucherry during 15-17 March 2013. (Request has been sent for postponement due to Exam in Delhi.)Sir, during the General Body Meeting of the MFI at Hotel Crane

Crib, Bharatpur, Rajasthan during July 2012 in which the undersigned was present with other senior office bearers of the DSMA, it was decided that more team may be send for Boys and girls in all category during the coming School Games.

It is pertinent to mention here that the DSMA has already started main centre for the training of all categories in DTEA School,

Mandir Marg New Delhi with coaching facilities of Pole Mallakhamb and Rope Mallakhamb in addition to already existing centre in a School run by Kalakar Trust in Pandav Nagar, near Shadipur Depot New Delhi. Morecentres are likely to be started by the help of DSMA in KaramPura,Wasava International Schoolin Dwarka,Harsh Vihar School in Loni Area and three pipeline proposed centres in North, South and West Delhi Area.

Sir, as you have already done/being done the Excellency for the promotion of Sports in Delhi/India, it is humbly requested to re-start this traditional Indian Game in Sports Stadium/Centres/Delhi Govt./Aided/Public Schools and arrange to send the team in coming School Games Championship. The DSMA assure you, Sir, to assist if needed for the formation of such centres for the Mallakhamb.We hope favorable consideration from your office.
