Handling GAT, DAT, MT Recruitment as required by department heads through Job portals, Employee Referrals, Consultants and LinkedIn.

Understand manpower requirement and provide recruitment solutions in a timely, effective and efficient manner.

Responsible for screening & scrutinizing resumes from database and internet, conducting interviews for assessing capabilities and arranging interviews for short-listed candidates with key-decision makers.

Interviewing/screening candidates and short listing them as per the job specification/requirement.

Responsible for on boarding process of selected candidates. Overall co-ordination of recruitment, induction. Preparing Offer Letter of the candidates shortlisted, sending the signed copy of the

same to them. Preparing MIS, Joining Tracker, Background Verification etc.

Induction

Briefing them about the organization and the company policy. Introducing the new joiners to the people working in the Department, head of

department & key people in the organization. To complete joining formalities, Induction process and Issuing offer letters. Over all coordination of Induction.

Training & Development

Taking nominations from Concern DMR’s for scheduled Training program. Deciding the venue & insuring all required arrangements for the training program. Taking follow up with Trainer & participants Opening of training session& introducing the trainer to all the participants. Taking feedback after the completion of training session. Over all training coordination at plant.

Employee Engagement

Birthday celebration of all white color Employees at plant. Sending birthday mail. Organizing Reward& Recognition ceremony for employees. Organizing & coordinating games, quizzes etc. for employees.

Industrial Visits

Responsible for providing industrial Visits to various Institutes & Organizations. Taking approval from Plant Head & HR Head for Industrial visit.

Briefing about the company to college students. Overall coordination of Industrial Visit.

Exit Formalities

Responsible for exit process of employees. Issuing the necessary forms for the exit formalities Coordinating with Finance Dept. & Payroll Dept. for F&F. Issuing Service certificate & Resignation acceptance letter. Taking exit interview. Over all coordination of exit formalities.
