(1) Presently working in Worldline an Atos Company as a Senior Executive:- I got promoted for financial year 2015-2016 for my better performance. Handling Visa and Master Credit Card Acquiring Chargeback since July, 2014 to till

date. Segregating Visa and Master card chargeback from system & contacting merchant

for each cases by sending first intimation letters & issuing documents after due diligence.

Sending reminder letters & issuing documents to merchant incase of no reply of first intimation letter.

Verify the documents received from merchant & represent the cases in VISA/ Master card Connect or if merchant accepting the chargeback then debit the merchant. Closing cases in DMS.

Tracking deadline cases & closing in SMAC system, VROL/Master card Connect. All activities are time bound and are completed within the specified TAT set up

which requires high level of proficiency and speed. All activities are subjected to a high degree to Audit to check the completeness and correctness of the data inputted in the system.

Handling new project (Belgium Offshoring Dept):- Performing due diligence on incoming mail for debit and credit note and replying

back in case of rejection. Batch processing/encoding debit and credit notes in SMAC.

(2) I was working in “ ICICI Bank” as a Junior Officer:- Handled Visa and Master Credit Card Issuing Chargeback since November, 2010

to July, 2014 . Raised chargeback/second chargeback & retrieval request for visa & master card

disputed transactions for all Reason Codes. Raised pre-arbitration & pre-compliance for visa master card disputed

transactions. Follow up with acquiring bank through mails or calls for chargeback & retrieval

request cases in case of no reply from acquiring bank. Checked documents received from acquiring bank & represent the cases in Visa

online/MASCOM or liable the customer by sending valid docs. Fee collection & fund disbursement of Visa/Master card Chargeback cases.

As per the chargeback Cycle to ensure timely recoveries/ refunds are given to merchants. To ensure all the cases are fulfillment cases accurately and within TAT on daily basis. Reviewing case, Closed pending cases within the Chargeback Time frame (Dispute) Cycle.
