Remark :• In the week 14th, there are 22 sites not passed quality yet and 36 sites

already passed. • Ratio value of OK/NOK in week 13th is 1.64, in the previous week is 1.62.

It is better ratio than previous week. • RFS pending dominant were BSC BSMD1. Swapping activity was going in

this BSC.

Remark :• Mostly KPI roadblock is due to low SDCCH succ rate (in

Optim part).• Bad quality of surrounding new sites contribute to this

problem.• Several activities to improve main KPIs, especially low

SDCCH succ, were performed (such as neighbor audit, interference check, coverage assessment, parameters standarization).
