He has work experience for more than 7 years in Health, Safety and Environment
Management (HSE) at the interna�onal petrol company as an HSE Manager,
carrying out safety inspec�on in various sites—service sta�on, warehouse, depot,
produc�on, office, etc. He was an HSE Manager at Bri�sh American Tobacco (BAT)
responsible for promo�ng safety culture across the company for worker level and
supervisor level and for contractors.
Last but not least, he also worked for Cambodian Red Cross for almost 7 years as a
Team Leader of Medical Engineering Team.
Apart from his employment, he has been conduc�ng various trainings and
workshops on the difference safety courses such as Forkli� Safety, Worksite Safety,
Manual Handling, Housekeeping, Defensive Driving, Confined Space Entry, Hand
and Portable Tool, 5s Kaizen, and so on. To con�nue strengthen his qualifica�on and
professionalism, he has also a�ended several interna�onal training workshops
abroad—OSH Management System, Kaizen and 5S in Tokyo, Japan; Environmental,
Health and Safety Development Program in Australia; Environmental, Health and
Safety Review (audit) Skills in India.
With high dis�nc�on, he holds a Master Degree in Radio Engineering from Yerevan
Polytechnical Ins�tute, Armenia (former Soviet Union) in 1992.
