OPTION 1 PROVIDE OWN EQUIPMENT

Advantages Our own means of broadcast on the wards that we control

Disadvantages No off the shelf system easily available, and building own bespoke system would be expensive !Maintenance costs such as repairs and headphones

OPTION 2 HOLD HOSPEDIA CONTRACT

Advantages We would not be responsible for the system, though would own the contract

Disadvantages Will cost over £1 million for the minimum 6 year contract
