USER MANUAL KEYPAD:- Calibration Process:- Turn power supply ON while Pressing M+ (Mode) Key For Count Mode. It will show Show some digital internal count of controller. Now you press the load cell or give load to the load cell it should go in positive side. Now Turn OFF Indicator. Turn ON Indicator With Pressing Shift Key. So you see F1 on Display. Press T/Z (Tare) Key for going to the next step. Set SP 0 by use of Increase & Shift Key and Press T/Z (Tare) Key for going to the next step.. Set dit 0 and Press T/Z (Tare) Key for going to the next step.. When you see F2 on display Press T/Z (Tare) Key for going to the next step.. When you see F3 on display Press T/Z (Tare) Key for going to the next step.. Now it will show CAP-3 and Press T/Z (Tare) Key. Now screen will show 00000 you have to set it by increase and shift key . suppose your full load capacity is 3000kg and your redability is 500 gram than to show 2999.5kg you will have to enter 30000 in the capacity field so this way you can Insert Capacity and Press T/Z (Tare) Key for going to the next step. Set dP3 This setting is for decimal point if you set it as 2 than you can read 0.0 if you set two the reading range will be 0.00 you set it as 3 range will 0.000 and Press T/Z (Tare) Key. Set fd3 1 This setting is for final digit adjustment you can enter 1,2,5 so your weight will increase in the step of 1,2,5 and Press T/Z (Tare) Key for going to the next step. For Set Relay Press M+ (Mode) Key You see Step-1 on Display, Press T/Z (Tare) Key and Insert Value same way you are entering capacity in CAP function and Press T/Z (Tare) Key. When you see Step-1 on Display, Press T/Z (Tare) Key and Insert Value and Press T/Z (Tare) Key.

CALIBRACTION PROCESSURE:-

� Power On the Scale and Zero the Scale. � If zero is password protected than please enter 1001 by means of up and shift key….. � Put Standard Weight on Platform. � Continuously press INC (Up arrow) Key so screen will became blind now while pressing INC

key you have to press and Press M+ key, you see Passud on Display of Indicator, Press T/Z key For Set Weight Using Inc and Shift Key Which you Put On Load Cell Platform. Press T/Z key. The Display show the Calibrated Weight.
