E. Rules and Regulations

1. General Rules and Regulations

a. Exhibitors and their service agents should follow the rules and regulations set by the Organizers, Co-

organizer and Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Centre (SWEECC). Raw space exhibitors

should appoint qualified stand contractors which are approved by SWEECC for booth construction and

ensure that the stand contractors will construct and dismantle their booths safely and properly.

b. Exhibitors should settle all necessary charges (including participation fee, construction management charges

to SWEECC [Raw Space exhibitors only], rental fees of services and facilities) as per the deadlines.

c. Exhibitors should display exhibits and publicity materials in line with the range of exhibits as stated in the

exhibition brochure.

d. Exhibitors should not bring dangerous products, imported goods without customs clearance, goods

breaching intellectual property laws and illegal products into the exhibition center.

No electrical amplifier and speaker system is allowed to be installed in the exhibition hall.

e. In order to maintain safety and a good business negotiation environment, the organizers forbid any activities

in the exhibition hall that will affect other exhibitors, such as audio broadcasting, model catwalk and lucky

draw. The installation and broadcast of video equipment should be based on the principle of not affecting the

nearby booths, and also comply with the following terms:

1. The maximum sound volume measured at one meter away from the booth edge should not exceed 75

decibels.

2. Control the playing time.

3. The organizers’ hall staff will inspect the booths all the time and give warning to offenders. The hall

staffs have the rights to cut off the power supply of the offended booths until the said equipment is

removed and the noise reduced to the required level.

f. Unauthorized photo-taking and video shooting are not allowed within the exhibition venue, except exhibitors

taking images of their own booth and exhibits.

2. Fire & Safety Precaution

a. Exhibitors and visitors are required to obey the regulations of Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and

Convention Center concerning safety, fire-prevention and security.

b. The following items are prohibited inside the exhibition hall: weapons, ammunition, inflammables, goods that

are forbidden to be imported, dangerous electrical equipment, machineries, chemicals and other items that

are banned by relevant government departments.

c. Electrical installation works must be carried out only by the technicians of Shanghai World Expo Exhibition

and Convention Center. It is strictly prohibited to connect electricity privately.

d. Apart from designated place, smoking and fire hazardous work are absolutely prohibited at any time inside

the exhibition hall.

All exhibition materials (including exhibition stand, board, panel, special decorated booth, stage, etc) should

be made of non-combustible or flame retardant materials. Partial applications of combustible materials are

strictly prohibited until after special treatment to make the materials become non- combustible. Besides,

inflammable foam boards, stretch cloth, non-fire retardant wooden panels and petrochemical plastic sheet as

construction and decoration materials are also strictly prohibited.

E. 参展守则

1. 一般规定

a. 展商及他们的服务公司必须遵守主办单位、协办单位及场馆之规定。净地展商必须聘用可靠及获得

场馆认可合符资格的施工承建商负责展台搭建,确保施工安全及妥当。

b. 展商必须准时缴交所需的服务费用(包括展位费、场馆的施工管理费[净地展商适用]、展台上的服务

及设施的租赁费用)。

c. 展商的展品必须与展览的产品范围相符。

d. 展商严禁携带危险品、未经清关的进口物品、违反知识产权保护法、侵犯知识产权物品及非法物品

进入会场。

e. 为维护展馆内的安全、维持良好的贸易洽谈环境、减少对其它展台的影响,展会内不得在展馆内安

装音响设备及扬声器,不得在展台内进行模特走秀、抽奖等影响其它参展商贸易洽谈的活动。各展

台视频设备的安装及播放应以不影响邻近展台为原则,同时还需遵守下列各条:

1. 离展台边线外 1 米处的最大音量不得超过 75 分贝;

2. 控制播放时间。

3. 主办单位的现场工作人员会随时入场检测,如有违反规定不听劝阻者,大会将切断其展台电

源,直到其拆除设备或降低音量至大会的标准后再恢复供电。

f. 未经大会同意,展商不得擅自在自己的展台以外摄影或录像。

2. 消防及安全措施

a. 所有参展商和观众必须遵守上海世博展览馆有关安全、消防和治安等方面的规定。

b. 下列物品禁止进入馆内:武器、弹药、易燃物、禁止进口的物品、危险的电气、机械、化学物品等

任何被政府有关部门禁止的物品。

c. 电源的接驳必须由上海世博展览馆的技术人员操作,严禁私自接驳电源。

d. 除指定地点外,任何时候展馆内都严禁吸烟和明火作业。

e. 所有的搭展材料(包括:展架、展板、面板、特殊装修展台、供表演用的舞台等)必须采用不燃烧

材料或阻燃材料,局部使用的可燃材料应经防火处理达到难燃性能等级之后方可使用。严禁使用易

燃泡沫板、弹力布、未经防火处理的木质板材及石油化工系列塑料板材作为搭展、装饰材料。

f. 展馆内严禁现场喷漆、喷涂作业,严禁使用汽油、酒精、稀料等易燃物品清洁展板展具。

g. 参展人员要增强安全观念,凡进入展馆开展特种作业,作业人员(如电工、焊割工、铲车驾驶员

等)必须持有符合相关法规及有效的操作证,特殊工种无证人员一律不得作业。操作必须严格按各

规程执行,杜绝一切违章操作和指挥。工人一律要佩带安全帽,在 2 米以上高度作业时必须系安全

带。严禁使用 3 米以上的人字型梯子,可改用有支撑的井字型梯子,以确保安全,否则,展馆有权

拒绝其入场工作。

f. Paint spraying on-site is strictly forbidden in the exhibition hall. It is not allowed to use inflammable

materials like gasoline, alcohol, and diluted detergent thinner for cleaning the booth materials and

displayed items.

g. Exhibitors should be alert of safety. For all special operations in the exhibition hall, operating personnel

(such as electricians, welders and forklift drivers, etc.) must hold valid operating permits issued by

related government departments. Special operation personnel who have no permits are not allowed to

work there. All works must be operated in strict accordance with safety regulations. Safety helmet is a

must and workers must wear safety belt when working on a level above 2 meters high. It is strictly

prohibited to use herringbone ladders that are more than 3 meters high and well supported font ladders

should be used instead to ensure safety. Offenders will not be admitted to work in the exhibition hall.

h. Take good care of fire extinguishers. It is forbidden to block, occupy or divert the use of fire hydrant, fire

extinguisher and extinguishing ark.

i. Do not block the evacuation routes including stairs.

j. All exhibitors before inviting celebrities such as TV/movie stars, singers and athletic stars to attend the

show must obtain prior approval from the organizer, the police and security units for public safety,

otherwise their admission will be refused.

k. Exhibitors must take very good care of personal belongings such as valuables, passports, cash,

important documents, and they are not advised to bring the above stated into the exhibition halls.

Valuable exhibits, if brought in, must be locked within booths, and exhibitors themselves are

responsible for their safe keeping. If special arrangements are needed, exhibitors have to contact the

security office of Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Centre well in advance.

3. Booth Construction Regulations

a. The maximum booth height including exhibits and decoration items is 3.5 meters. Exhibitors must keep

their exhibits, booth facilities and structure inside their booth area.

b. No double-deck exhibition stand is allowed.

c. The booth design, construction materials, the build-up and dismantle procedures should be conformed

to the regulations set by the National Environmental and Security Authorities. Stand contractors should

have qualified licenses issued by the government authority.

d. Raw space exhibitors should submit plans and design proposals to the Co-organizer by email or mail

for approval on or before 4 January 2014. Drawings submitted must be in full dimensions with a

reasonable scale of not less than 1:100 and contain information of floor plan, stand elevation plan,

telecommunication devices, electrical fittings, colors and materials, audio-visual equipment, etc. All

booths and constructions must not block fire-extinguishing facilities, air conditioners, emergency exits,

corridors and other service facilities.

e. All electrical works in the exhibition hall are to be carried out by the official stand fitting and electrical

contractor only. Raw space exhibitors should submit the design plan for electrical installation to the Co-

organizer together with the aforementioned stand design plans for approval on or before 4 January

2014. Electricity will be supplied in 220 volt (+/-10%), single phase, 50Hz or 380 volt (+/-10%), three

phase, 50Hz.

h. 要爱护消防器材,布展时严禁将消防栓、灭火器、灭火柜遮挡、圈占或挪作它用。

i. 要保持展馆内安全疏散通道的畅通,严禁在楼梯口等安全疏散通道上摆设任何物品。

j. 参展商如要邀请影视歌星、体育明星等公众人物到馆内举办各种活动,必须提前向协办单位和公安

部门申请,经批准后方可举行。否则主办单位为保证馆内的展出秩序和安全,有权拒绝其进入馆

内。

k. 参展商应看管好自己的财物和展品,护照、大量现金、重要文件等贵重物品请勿带入馆内;贵重展

品应置于展示柜内上锁陈列,其安全由参展商负责,如需会展中心特殊保卫,请提前与世博展览馆

中心保卫处联系。

3. 展台施工规定

a. 所有展台和展品及装饰物品高度不得超过 3.5 米。任何展位设施、展品及装饰不得伸展超逾划定的

展位界限。

b. 不得搭建双层展台。

c. 展台设计、材料及施工程序须符合国家有关环保、消防安全规定。施工单位须具备国家有关部门认

可的施工资格。

d. 净地展商须于2014年1月4日或之前以电邮或邮寄方式将展位设计草图及图则送交协办单位审批。图

则比例必须不少于1:100,并须注明十足尺寸及详附平面布置图、展位正视图、电话、电力装置及安

全规格、用色及用料、视听器材等资料。所搭建展位不得遮挡展位范围内的消防设施、空调排风

口、紧急出口、观众信道和其它服务设施。

e. 所有电力装置及接驳工程必须由大会指定承建商负责。电力装置设计草图及图则须连同上述展位设

计图,于2014年1月4日或之前送交协办单位审批。展馆供应电力为220伏特 (+/-10%)、单相50赫

或380伏特 (+/-10%)、三相50赫。

4. 水电气使用管理规定

a. 展会上所使用的电力设施及装置须具有国家相关部门的安全合格检测报告,安装电力的工人须持有

国家劳动部门核发的专业操作证。

b. 在展位内使用动力电源、照明电源、用水及压缩空气之展商须于2014年1月4日或之前向大会指定承

建商提出申请。请填写表格10《租用额外电灯及电力设施》。

** 为确保安全,如发现展商违反上述规定以及其它不安全因素,主办单位、协办单位及场馆有权停

止展位的供电、供水及供气,而不须向展商事先发出通知。

4. Regulations on water/electricity/compressed air supply

a. All electric materials used in the exhibition must have national inspection certificates. Workers who are

carrying out electrical work must hold the professional certificates issued by the relevant labour departments

of the government.

b. Exhibitors should apply for power (electricity/lighting/water/compressed air) to the official stand and electrical

contractor on or before 4 January 2014. Please fill in Form 10 “Rental of Additional Lightings and Electricity”

for it.

** In case of violating the above regulations and inducing unsafe conditions, the Organizers, Co-organizer and

SWEECC have the right to stop supply of water/electricity/compressed air to the exhibitors at any time without

advance notice.

5. Exhibit Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance

a. Customs officials will come to the exhibition hall for clearance and inspection of exhibits in the morning of the

first move-in day. The Official Freight Forwarder will assist exhibitors to complete such formalities.

Exhibits can be delivered to booths only when the inspection is done. No other forwarders will be permitted

to handle international exhibits inside the exhibition hall. For exhibitors using their own forwarders,

they may deliver their shipment either to the port of Shanghai or outside the exhibition center and then hand

over to the Official Freight Forwarder for moving exhibits into designated booth area at extra cost. The

Shipping Guidelines and Tariff has been posted online at http://www.siof.cn/forwarder-S14.pdf

b. All exhibits are under Customs’ control once they are brought into the exhibition halls. Exhibitors can only

unpack their goods after Customs clearance and inspection. Do not take your exhibits away from the halls

without the permission of the Customs.

c. Before moving out, exhibitors have to fill in declaration form listing the exhibits to be returned to their country

and hand it to the Official Freight Forwarder to apply for exhibits move-out permit from the Customs. The

details in this form must be same as the declaration form you submitted during move-in time. In the process

of move-in and move-out of exhibits and decoration items, exhibitors must arrange company representatives

to be present at their booth and undergo clearance formalities with the assistance of the Official Freight

Forwarder.

6. Handcarry Exhibits

a. The Chinese Custom has promulgated that all overseas visitors, including Hong Kong and Macau Chinese,

have to fill out the Customs Declaration Form for their hand carried items.

b. Exhibitors should present the declaration forms of their hand carried exhibits and request the China’s

Customs at their port of arrival to seal up the case containing those hand-carried items and then undergo

customs clearance in the exhibition halls, or ask the Customs to keep the exhibits and issue receipt which

you should give it to the Official Freight Forwarder to assist you to get back the goods from the Customs. On

arriving the exhibition hall, exhibitors should contact the Official Freight Forwarder for getting back the

exhibits from the Customs and complete the clearance procedures.

c. According to China’s Customs regulation, after the exhibition, exhibitors have to entrust the Official Freight

Forwarder to send the returned hand-carried exhibits for the exhibitor’s collection in the airport’s Customs

area. Please contact the Official Freight Forwarder for details and cost.

5. 货运及清关

a. 海关官员会在进馆第一天早上到达展场把国际展品一次性地清关及检验内容,大会的货运公司届时

会从旁协助。验毕后,展品才会运到展台。场馆内不许其它运输公司处理国际展品,若展商自行雇

用运输公司运送展品,可将展品运至上海口岸或会场外,然后交由大会货运公司接手处理运到展馆

内摆放,详情及费用请可从此处下载 http://www.siof.cn/forwarder-S14.pdf。

b. 由于展馆是海关监管场地,所有货品在进入展览馆后,均受到海关监管。展商必须等待海关的清关

验货手续办完后,才能开箱布展。所有已经进入展场的货品,须经海关准许才可带离会场。

c. 展览结束前,展商需填写回运展品清单,交大会货运公司向海关申请展品出门条。回运展品表格所

填报之资料必须与进场时的展品清单一致。展品及装饰品进场及离开会场时,展商必须安排公司代

表留守展位及在大会特约货运公司协助下进行清关手续。

6. 自携展品

a. 中国海关规定所有海外访客,包括香港及澳门同胞,出入境时必须填写「进出境旅客行李物品申报

单」。

b. 展商需填交手提物品申报表格,在到达中国境内后须把手提的展品交由中国海关人员封箱然后携至

展场内进行清关手续;或让中国海关人员收管货品,取回收据,交大会货运公司协助办理清关。展

商到达会场后,请与大会货运公司联络, 协助从口岸海关取出展品并在展场内完成清关手续。

c. 根据中国海关规定,携带手提展品的展商在展览结束后须把展品交于大会货运公司运送往机场禁区

然后拿走。请联络大会货运公司了解详细手续及费用。

7. 视听广播

视听器材之摆放位置及播放内容与音量均不得造成干扰,播放的音量不得超越 75 分贝,否则主办单

位及协办单位有权终止广播。广播的内容必须合法、真实; 并不得侵犯他人之版权。

8. 送检物品

在展会期间所展示的视听影音媒体、杂志、公司小册子、货品目录等必须得到中国海关审阅及通

过。如有任何问题,可向大会货运公司查询详情。中国政府严厉禁止任何附有政治口号、讯息或不

雅的图片或内容的刊物进口。展商物品切不可有「中华民国」或 ROC 字样(台湾区则可接受)。在

中国地图上,需明确标示台湾区及南沙群岛为中国领土。

7. Film / AV Demonstration

Audio-visual equipment in operation must not cause annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors. The

noise level may not exceed 75dB. The Organizers and Co-organizer reserve the right to terminate

such audio-visual presentation. Content of the presentation must be legal and genuine and without

violation of other’s patent rights.

8. Censorship

Promotional materials such as films, AV media, slides and printed matters to be shown to the public

during the exhibition have to be censored by China’s Customs. Please contact the Official Freight

Forwarder for details. Political slogans and obscene pictures are strictly prohibited. Exhibits and

publicity materials with names of “ROC” are forbidden (please change to “Taiwan Region” instead). In

the map of China, Taiwan and Nansha (Spratley) Island must be clearly indicated as China territory.

9. Storage

The Organizers and the Co-organizer will not provide exhibitors any storage room on site for

packing cases, surplus materials and any personal property. Exhibitors have to make their own

arrangements or check with the Official Freight Forwarder for such services. The Organizers will clear

all articles not stored in booth areas without prior notice, and the concerned exhibitors are subject

to penalty of the local safety and fire service authorities if violating safety rules. Exhibitors who require

storage of their materials on-site should contact the co-organizer on or before 15 February 2014.

10. Intellectual Property Protection

Exhibitors shall not display products which they do not have patent right or agency authorization or fake

and imitation goods. The Organizers and the Co-organizer will remove such kinds of exhibits from the

booth at the cost of the exhibitors. The exhibitors’ right of display will then be terminated and the booth

rental forfeited. Exhibitors should be responsible for any legal disputes caused.

11. Souvenirs

Give-away and souvenirs may be liable to import duty after Custom’s inspection. Please liaise with the

Official Freight Forwarder for the details. The content, quantity and value of the souvenir must be

shown on the invoice & packing list together with the samples that will be submitted to the Customs for

evaluation via the Official Freight Forwarder. All souvenirs must be distributed inside the booth. The

Organizers and Co-organizer will stop the distribution if it causes disturbance to other exhibitors and

visitors.

12. Security & Insurance

During the exhibition time, move in and move out period, the Organizer will position security guards at

the entrance and exit of the hall to maintain order and security of the Exhibition Hall and the exhibits,

but the organizers will not be held responsible for any property loss or damage of the exhibitor,

whatever the cause. Exhibitors should take good care of their exhibits, booth materials and personnel,

and are also required to insure any liability that may be incurred in respect of the loss or damage.

The Organizers will insure for Public Liability and the Exhibitors should keep insurance in force to cover:

a. Exhibits and contents of booth against loss and damage by any cause.

b. Expenses incurred due to abandonment or postponement of the Exhibition.

c. Bodily injury to their representative or agent or visitors in their booth area.

d. Liabilities due to the negligence or misbehavior of the exhibitor and /or their workmen, staff, representatives or

agents.

e. Indemnity against liability to the Organizer and their agents, owners of the exhibition premises, public authority.

f. Other factors deemed necessary.

9. 存放展品及有关物品

在会场内不设展商物品存放处,展商须自行安排存放空箱、物料及个人财物,如有需要者,请与大

会货运商联络。主办单位会清除所有放置在展位外的物品而无需事前通知,而涉及的展商可能会被

当地安全及消防部门处罚。展商如需要在现场存放其箱盒或有关物品, 可在 2014 年 2 月 15 日前联

系协办单位。

10. 知识产权保护

展商不得展出冒牌,侵犯或未获代理权的货品。如果展商违反这项规定,主办单位及协办单位将取

消其展出权利,并即时把有关展品搬走,所有费用须由展商支付,而且不会退还其参展费用。由于

展出伪冒物品而引起的法律诉讼,展商须负全部责任。

11. 纪念品

展商派发之纪念品须报关或完税。请与大会货运公司联络商讨细节。请提交列出纪念品内容、数量

及价值之货品清单连同样本交大会货运公司转送至海关作评税之用。展商只许在自己展位内派发纪

念品。如派发活动对其它展商及观众造成滋扰或引起秩序混乱,大会将会中止展商的派发活动。

12. 保安与保险

主办机构于展览施工、进行及拆卸期间均派有保安人员在出入口驻守。主办机构将尽力确保展馆及

每一展品安全,但参展人员受伤、或展品遗失或损毁,主办机构概不负责。

参展商应妥善看管其展品及装修材料,照顾员工安全,并购买保险,包括:

a. 展品及展具遗失及因盗窃、行劫、火警及天灾或任何其它因素引致之损失。

b. 因展览取消、延期或改期引致的费用。

c. 参展商代表或代理和其摊位范围内的观众的伤病和死亡保险。

d. 参展商或其属下之工作人员、代表或代理因疏忽、大意或违反纪律而引致的损失。

e. 因损毁展场、公共设施而需向主办单位及其代理所作出之赔偿。

f. 其它需要投保的事项。

F. Exhibition Services and Facilities

1. Show Directory & Exhibition Plan

The official show directory and exhibition plan containing details of exhibitors will be distributed to

potential buyers, trade visitors, the press and the media, government officials and trade associations

during the exhibition. Above all, the show directory has also been regarded as China’s optical

yearbook in view of the fact that the majority of China’s optical manufacturers and suppliers have

joined the exhibition and their information are listed in the directory.

Exhibitors are requested to return Forms 3-5 with required information on or before the deadline.

Please print in block letters and send us the forms either by fax or by email. Kindly make sure that all

the information is legible. The Organizers and Co-organizer will not take any responsibility if mistakes

were found in the show directory due to the illegibility of the information originated from the exhibitors.

The Organizers and Co-organizer also reserve the right to edit the content provided by the exhibitors

and the edited content will not be submitted to exhibitors for approval.

Placing advertisement in the show directory or exhibition plan is well worth by virtue of its very nature.

Please fill-in Form 1 and the best position will be reserved to the exhibitors on a first-come-first-served

basis. Please note that advertisers have to show proof of the ownership, dealership of the advertised

products and brands. If fake and unauthorized products are advertised, exhibitors have to bear the

legal responsibility and the possible claims ensued.

2. Exhibitor Badge

Exhibitors are required to wear the badges all the time in the exhibition halls. A number of exhibitor

badges will be provided free in accordance with the booth size. Please fill-in Form 6 clearly.

1. 展览会场刊及参观指南

主办单位编制的会刊胪列了所有展商的详细资料,极具参考价值。展会会刊及参观指南将派发给所有买

家、贸易商、记者及媒体、政府官员及行业商会;更重要的,它也被视为中国眼镜业的年刊,因为大部

份中国眼镜制造商及供货商都参了展,他们的资料都详列在裹面。

展商必须用正楷填写表格3-5,并以传真或电邮方式于截止日期前交回表格。请确保所填写的资料清

晰。由于字体模糊不清造成刊登上的错误,主办单位一概不负责。主办单位保留修改展商提供内文之权

利,编辑过的内容不会再交展商审阅。

大会欢迎展商在展会会刊及参观指南刊登广告。如需刊登广告,请填写表格1。广告位置以先到先得的

形式分配。大会概不接受任何假冒或侵权之商品广告,展商须出示证明拥有或代理该产品或品牌之文

件,并负上一切法律责任。

2. 参展证

展商须于展馆内佩带参展证。根据展商的展位面积,展商会获发以下数量的参展证,请清楚填写表格

4. Advertising

Exhibitors are welcome to make use of the promotional banners and other items to further publicize

their companies at prime locations at the exhibition centre. Exhibitors who are interested in on-site

advertising, please contact us for details and the charges.

5. Visa

Please note that visa is required to enter China. To assist exhibitors’ visa application, invitation letters

will be issued to exhibitors free of charge by one of the fair organizers, China Light Industrial

Corporation for Foreign Economic & Technical Cooperation (CLETC). Please read Form 9 for the

details.

6. Booth Cleaning

Daily booth cleaning will be provided to the standard booth exhibitors by the Co-organizer. Raw

space exhibitors are required to arrange booth cleaning by themselves.

7. Temporary Manpower Services

Form 7 contains information of temporary manpower services and charges.

8. Insurance

The Organizers and Co-organizer will insure for public liability for the exhibition. Exhibitors and their

delegates have to arrange insurance to cover their own risk against personal accident, property and

exhibits.

9. International Exhibitors Business Centre

Located inside the Co-organizer office, the Service Center will offer exhibitors free beverages &

snacks, photocopying & printing services, and internet connection.

10. Legal Consultant Office for Intellectual Property Protection

Exhibitors may approach the Legal Consultant Office for Intellectual Property Protection located on-

site in the exhibition hall for consultancy or complaint in case of any such dispute arise. And please

also report it to the Organizers.

外籍人士进入中国必须申请签证。为了协助参展人员申请签证, 主办单位之一 - 中国轻工业对外经济技术合作公司 会发出邀请信。表格 9 载有有关详情。

6. 展位清洁

在展览期间,标准展位的每天清洁均由协办单位免费提供;净地展商则须自行安排每天展位的清洁。

7. 雇用临时服务人员

有关雇用临时服务人员详情及收费,请参看表格 7。

8. 保险

主办单位会为是次展览会购买公众责任保险,但展商须自行对个人意外、财物及展品投保。

9. 国际展商服务中心

设于协办单位办公室内, 为展商提供免费饮品及小食、影印、打印及上网等服务。

10. 知识产权法律顾问办公室

G. Information and Rules & Regulations to Exhibitors

I) Raw Space

Raw Space exhibitors will be provided with bare exhibition space only. Company name and exhibits information

provided by raw space exhibitors will be listed in the show directory.

1. Requirements

a. The maximum booth height is 3.5 meters. All exhibits, booth facilities and structure should be placed

inside the exhibitor’s booth.

b. No double-deck exhibition stand is allowed.

c. No daily booth cleaning and booth carpeting will be provided to raw space exhibitors.

d. Raw space exhibitors must read this exhibitors’ kit clearly and submit Form 8 to declare their obligation

for stand construction on or before 4 January 2014.

e. Raw space exhibitors and their stand contractors must comply with the following rules when preparing

design plans and stand construction:

(1) No part of any structure may extend beyond the boundaries of the site allocated. This includes

lighting, Exhibitor’s name, logo or banner, etc.

(2) The name and/or booth number of the exhibitors must be prominently displayed and faced to

aisle. Any item at the height over 2.5 metre facing adjacent booth must be set back 1 metre

from their booth boundary. If this is not observed, the Organizers and Co-organizer reserve the

right to affix them as they consider fit or remove it and impose the cost incurred to the exhibitor

concerned.

(3) Exhibitors should provide, set up and decorate their booths’ wall partitions facing their own

booth areas, aisle, and adjacent booths as well as the surface exposed. They must also be

finished to an acceptable standard on all surfaces.

(4) All electrical fitting and wiring must be installed in compliance with the regulations of Shanghai

Municipal People’s Government and SWEECC. All electrical appliances used in the exhibition

must have national inspection certificates. Workers should have professional certificates issued

by the concerned departments of the state.

(5) All materials used for the construction and decoration of booths or set-ups should be flame

retardant and subject to inspection by the government authorities, SWEECC, the Organizers

and Co-organizer.

(6) Paint spraying, welding and the use of electrical saws are strictly prohibited inside the halls.

f. The co-organizers will provide location and dimension of the pillar(s) inside exhibitor’s booth whereas

your stand contractors are advised to have on-site inspection and measurement for the exact location

of the pillar.

G. 参展资料及守则

I) 净地 选择净地的展商,其参展费包括展出净地面积及大会场刊的公司及展品简介。

1. 基本要求 a. 展台搭建高度均不得超过 3.5 米。任何展位设施及展品均不得伸展超逾划定的展位界限。

b. 不得搭建双层展台。 c. 净地展商须自行安排每天的展位清洁及在展台内铺设地毡。 d. 净地展商或其聘用之施工承建商必须细心阅读本参展手册,并于 2014 年 1 月 4 日或之前签署及交

回表格 10 之施工安全责任书。

e. 净地展商或其聘用之施工承建商在展台设计及搭建时须遵守以下规定: (1) 任何展位设施不得超逾规划的展位界限,包括灯光、展商名牌、标记或横幅等。

(2) 展商的名称及展台号必须摆放在显眼位置。任何展位装饰或设施高度如超过2.5米,必须放置于面向毗邻展位的展位分界线的 1米地方以外。如违反上述规定,主办单位及协办单位有权把该装饰或设施重新摆放在合适的位置,一切费用概由展商负责。

(3) 展商须提供、安装及布置其面向展位内、通道及毗邻展位的围板,而围板四面的装饰须达到可接受的标准。

(4) 电力设施安装须符合上海市政府和上海世博展览馆的有关技术规格要求。展会上所使用的电力设施及装置须具有国家相关部门的安全合格检测报告,安装电力的工人须持有国家劳动部门核发的专业操作证。

(5) 所有展位装饰及设施的材料,必须具防火功能;政府部门、场馆、主办单位及协办单位将作现场检验。

(6) 展场内严禁喷漆、烧焊及使用电锯。

f. Fire hydrants, emergency exits and electrical boxes should not be blocked. The Co-organizer will send

the floor plan showing the location of these facilities to the raw space exhibitors concerned 2 months

before the show. The design and construction of these booths should be complied with this regulation.

2. Selection of Stand Contractors

a. Exhibitors who use their own contractor to build/ decorate their booths should take effective measures

to ensure that the construction company will observe the regulations of Shanghai fire service and

security department and the operation rules of the exhibition hall, and to ensure the personal safety of

their staffs and the audience.

b. Exhibitors should only appoint qualified contractors. In order to make the ambiguous accident

responsibility clear, the contract that signed between exhibitor and contractor should be a effective

contract containing the contents of safety responsibilities and accident responsibilities such as

guarantee of the safety of the structure design; construction materials must meet with the requirement

of safety regulations and should be fire proof; electrical installation should meet the standard of safety

regulations; pay attention to safety during the period of transportation, loading, unloading, construction,

exhibiting and moving out; the contractor should take full responsibilities for accidents of workers and

third party; operating staff should have personal accident insurance, etc.

3. Application for Electricity Supply

All electrical works should only be carried out by the official stand and electrical contractor. Raw space

exhibitors should apply for electricity to their booth with Form 10 “Rental of Additional Lightings and

Electricity” on or before 4 January 2014. Please settle the charge on time with the Official Contractor.

f. 在展商确定参展后,协办单位将会发信通知展位内有柱子的展商其展位内柱子的位置;但展商聘用之施工承建商仍应到展馆视察及量度实际位置及尺寸。

g. 消防栓、走火信道及电箱绝不可被遮掩。协办单位将于展览开始前最少两个月发信通知展商指示上

述装置的位置;而该展位的设计必须配合此规定。

2. 施工单位 a. 为保证展览会期间的安全,参展商要采取有效的措施,保证施工单位遵守上海市消防、治安部门的

有关规定和展览馆有关施工管理方面的规定,保证展台及工作人员和观众的人身安全。 b. 参展商应选择合资格的搭建商,为了避免出现事故时责任不清,参展商与施工单位签订的合同内应

包含安全责任、出现事故的责任等内容的有效搭建施工合同(如:结构设计要保证安全;施工材料符合安全强度、要防火;电器安装要符合安全规定;在运输、装卸、施工、展出、撤馆等作业中要严格安全操作规范,注意人身安全;出现造成作业人员和第三者伤亡事故由施工单位负全责;作业单位须为作业人员办理人身意外保险等事项)。

3. 申请电源

所有电力装置及接驳必须由大会指定承建商名唐公司负责。净地展商须于 2014 年 1 月 4 日或之前交回表格 10《租用额外电灯及电力设施》申请所需电源,费用则请准时交给大会指定承建商。

4. 办理施工手续

a. 净地展商须于 2014 年 1 月 4 日或之前以电邮或邮寄方式将展位设计草图及图则送交协办单位审批。图则比例必须不少于 1:100,并须注明十足尺寸及详附平面布置图、展位正视图、电力装置及安全规格、用色及用料、视听器材等资料。会场供应电力为 220 伏特 (+/-10%)、单相 50 赫或 380 伏特 (+/-10%)、三相 50 赫。

请注意:自建展位的设计草图及图则必须于展前得到协办单位的书面批核才可在现场进行搭建。如现场发现展位设计不符合施工规定及守则,展馆、主办单位及协办单位将会要求有关展商作出现场修改,而所引致的修改费用,由展商自行承担。

b. 净地展商或其聘用之施工承建商须于 2014 年 2 月 11 日起到上海世博展览馆制证中心缴交以下费用:

i. 施工管理费;每平方米 20 人民币 ii. 施工证件费: 每人30人民币

做证时,负责人必须带备以下资料: ● 有效二代身份证原件及二代身份证复印件(正反面、2张) ● 公司营业执照复印件(复印件年检章必须清晰有效,并加盖公章、2张) ● 实名认证表格(施工负责人填写、签署并加盖公章)

4. Application for Stand Construction (for raw space exhibitors only)

b. Raw space exhibitors should submit design draft, proposal together with layout plan to the Co-

organizer by email or mail for approval on or before 4 January 2014. Drawings submitted must be in

full dimensions with a reasonable scale of not less than 1:100 and contain information of such as floor

plan, stand elevation plan, telecommunication devices, electrical fittings, colors and materials, audio-

visual equipment, etc. Electricity will be supplied in 220 volt (+/-10%), single phase, 50Hz or 380 volt

(+/-10%), three phase, 50Hz.

b. Please note that no booth construction on raw space shall be permitted unless the Co-organizer has

approved the design plans in writing. Failure to observe such rules can result in costly alternations on

site being imposed by the Organizer, Co-organizer and SWEECC, and the charges will be at exhibitor’s

expense.

c. Raw space exhibitors or their stand contractors have to pay the following fee at SWEECC service

counter starting from 11 February 2014.

i. Hall Management Fee: RMB 20 per square metre

ii. Worker’s Badge: RMB 30 per person

The person in charge of the special construction company and forwarder must go to the

exhibition center for the real-name authentication procedure of their workers at least 15 working

days before the move-in date. The following materials are to be presented:

- Original ID card and a duplicate 2 copies (copy on both sides)

- Copy of effective Business License of their company (2 copies, and chop with company

seal)

- The Real-name Authentication Form (Filled and signed by the contractor in charge; with

- Safety Guarantee of Contractor / Forwarder (Filled and signed by person in charge; with

the price list in Form 10.)

iv. Install 2 fire extinguishers for every 48 square metres. During the booth construction period,

exhibitors need to rent fire extinguishers from the customer service desk at SWEECC.

v. Refundable Bond to guarantee the safety of stand fitting:

5. Vehicle Pass for Contractor

1. All freight vehicles should register their car number on the website of Shanghai World Expo

Exhibition and Convention Center (http://www.shexpocenter.com/cn/index.aspx) to apply for

license to enter the exhibition center.

The fee of Freight Car License is RMB30; deposit is RMB300.

Route of entrance and exit of the exhibition centre for freight vehicles:

2. The height of vehicles entering the exhibition halls must not exceed 4 metres and the driving

speed must not exceed 5 kilometres per hour. (Note: for lorries which stay within the exhibition

halls for less than 1.5 hour, the deposit will be totally refunded. If it exceeds 1.5 hour, RMB100

will be deducted from the refundable deposit for each extended hour, e.g. an extended stay of

1 hour and 10 minutes will be counted as 2 hours of extended stay. In relation to the 3rd hour of

extended stay, for every 30 minutes, RMB100 will be deducted from the refundable deposit. If

the extended stay is beyond 3 hours, no refund requests will be entertained.)

3. In the period of moving out from the exhibition halls on the closing date of the show, all raw

space contractors must obtain from our official contractor the “Guidelines and routes for

vehicles entering Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Centre for moving out” and

ensure that all drivers strictly observe the rules and regulations.

a. The fascia board is in purple with white letterings of company name (in Chinese and English) and

booth number thereon. It will be hung on the wooden rack in the frontage of the booth.

b. The booth area is fully carpeted in grey.

c. The booth is comprised of white panel. The size of each panel is 1000mm(W) x 2440mm(H).

d. Rear supports and cross beams may be added to any booth wherever necessary by the official

stand contractor without dispute. At the front of the stand, there will be a pole placed at every 3m

or 4m interval to support the fascia.

e. One complimentary 5A S/P power socket (square pin) will be provided in each booth upon

request. Please fill in Form 12 if required. The socket cannot be used for high-voltage

electrical appliances like water boiler. In case there is any short circuit, fire or accident caused by

improper use of the power socket, exhibitors should bear full responsibility and the Organizers, Co-

organizer and SWEECC reserve the right to claim for the losses and damages.

f. Exhibitors are not allowed to use their own lamps or multi-plugs.

g. Exhibitors can order additional facilities, relocate and/or delete the package items by completing

Form 10-12. Late order will be subject to surcharge.

General Regulations for Standard Booth Exhibitors:

1. Exhibitors are not allowed to make any alternations to the structure of the booths or remove any

integral parts from the booths without approval of the official stand contractor.

2. Do not affix tapes, nails or fixtures of any kind to the partitions and floor. Exhibitors are liable to any

damage caused to their booth fixtures during the show.

3. No structure and exhibits can be extended beyond the boundaries of the booth allocated.

4. Main electric switch and distribution board may be required to install within booth area in the official

stand fitting at the official contractor’s discretion.

5. Installation of electrical items, such as lighting fixtures, and power points must be carried out by the

official stand contractor.

6. No multi-plug adaptor is allowed to be used.

7. Exhibitors are advised to contact the official stand and electrical contractor for assistance if problems

arise.

标准展位展商须注意的一般守则: 1. 展商未得大会承建商同意,不得改动或拆除展位的任何部份。 2. 不得在围板及地面毯上贴上任何胶纸或胶布,亦不得钉上钉子或加装任何装置。展位内的装

置如有任何损坏,一概由展商负责赔偿。 3. 任何装置及展品不得伸展超逾划定的展位界限。 4. 大会承建商有权将电源开关掣及电线分线箱置于展位内适当的位置,展商不得异议。 5. 展商装设的电器设备(如照明装置及电源)必须由大会承建商进行接驳。 6. 展商不可使用万能插座。 7. 展商如有任何关于展位设施及电力装置的问题,请向大会承建商查询。
