    A The !ompany has see#ted the ;mpoyee (or the position o( Tour ;?e#utive whi#h woud initiay invove e?tensive training (or 

    imparting the re@uired eve o( sis (or e((e#tivey #arrying out the

    o((i#ia responsibiities assigned to the ;mpoyee.

    / The ;mpoyee on oining the !ompany undertoo to stay in

    empoyment o( the !ompany (or a period o( 1) onths 91Bear 6

    months C.

      A(ter #ompetion o( 1) onths in #ase i( the empoyee has to eavethe #ompany then he*she has to give a (orma resignation with a noti#e

     period o( one month. !ompany wi give his*her (u and (ina

    remuneration a(ter one month 9served as noti#e periodC #onsidering a

     parameters reated to the wor pro(ie o( the #on#ern empoyee.

    ! The ;mpoyee ( for fresher only) undertaes to undergo the training

    methodoogies as may be re@uired and understand the ob

    responsibiities so that the same are #arried out in an e((e#tive

    manner during the training period o( 202% days no saary wi be

    given monthy remuneration wi start ony a(ter the #ompetion o( 

    the training.

    D The ;mpoyee as part o( the #onsideration (or the training e((orts and

    #osts invoved agreed to sign a bond (or not eaving the servi#es o( 

    the !ompany (or a minimum period o( 1Bear & 6 months * 1)months

    (rom the date o( his*her oining the servi#es o( the !ompany.

    1. The ;mpoyee a#nowedges that substantia #osts have been

    invested on him (or training him spe#i(i#ay (or e((e#tivey handing

    the ob responsibiities and any dis#ontinuan#e o( the empoyment

     be(ore the e?piry o( the 1 Bear 6 months * 1) months term woud

    un(airy preudi#e the !ompany and as su#h the ;mpoyee

    undertaes not to eave the servi#es o( the !ompany (or any reason

    whatever (or a minimum period o( 1 Bear 6 months * 1) months

    (rom the date o( his*her oining the servi#es o( the !ompany.

    2. "n #ase the ;mpoyee (or any reason eaves the servi#es o( the

    !ompany be(ore the said period o( 1 Bear 6 months * 1) months

    then he*she sha (orthwith pay a sum o( >s.1%000  * 9>upees

    +i(teen Thousand onyC being the indemni(i#ation o( the #ost o( 

    training to the !ompany. The ;mpoyee undertaes not to dispute

    the amount and sha pay the amount be(ore re@uesting (or (orma

    reieving order (rom the !ompany & at the same time #ompany has

    (u right to initiate appropriate ega pro#eeding against the

    ;mpoyee.

    '. That the said empoyee sha not during the period o( this agreement

    wor dire#ty or indire#ty in any simiar trade or business either asempoyer or partner or advisor or in any other #apa#ity.

    F. That the said empoyee sha be ust and (aith(u to the !ompany in

    a matters and sha not at any time e?#ept under ega pro#ess

    divuge to any person whosoever and sha use his best endeavors to

     prevent the pubi#ation or dis#osure o( any trade se#ret or any

     business pro#ess or any #on(identia matter or in(ormation

    #on#erning management de#ision o( the !ompany or o( its deaings

    transa#tions or a((airs whi#h may #ome to his nowedge.

    %. Any dispute or di((eren#e arising out o( this Agreement sha be

    resoved through Arbitration. The soe Arbitrator appointed in
