The above illustration is a combination of 2 very popular plans of LIC, viz. Jeevan Saral and Bima Bachat.l

Jeevan Saral is a widely sold insurance plan of L.I.C. which offers many exceptional benefits to the policy holders. Unfortunately this plan is

not available for Single Premium payment. The objective of this combination is to provide a Single Premium payment solution while keeping

the attractive benefits of Jeevan Saral intact.

The basis of the solution is to fund the premium liability of Jeevan Saral with periodical returns received through Bima Bachat plan. The

returns are channelized to Jeevan Saral policy using the Advance Premium facility offered by L.I.C. of India to its policy holders.

You are expected to make a one time payment of Rs. 140596which will be used to pay first 4 years premium payment of Jeevan Saral in

advance and also pay up the single premium for the Bima Bachat policy.

l

l Thereafter all subsequent premiums of Jeevan Saral will be funded by the returns of Bima Bachat policy.

l You also land up paying lesser premium in this solution as all advance premium payments are discounted by 5% per annum by L.I.C. of India.
