Pairing: Ideal as an appetizer, prosciutto, fresh seafood with little iodine and chives, cilantro and / or chives or bleached, ceviche, fried fish, green salads. Personal Opinion: This wine is very fresh and pleasant, although preferably works as an aperitif, goes well with fresh and light dishes of low flavoring.
