New Link for PMT Production

Starting July 29, the new link for PMT will be: https://sbl.fm-

apps.com. The old link https://sbl.ficonsulting.com will be

active for 3 months afterward and then will be deactivated.

Access the Pricing Grids and Download as a PDF

1. Log into the application

2. Click “SBL Pricing Grid” in the Pricing section

3. Pricing grid information will be visible on the screen for

the selected region.

• Click “SBL Pricing Grid” in the Pricing section

• Click “Output PDF” for the report to be downloaded into

PDF format

2. Click “Pricing Calculator” tab for any deal

3. Click “Print View”

Only Freddie Mac will be able to change a deal to “Funded

Status”

“Broker Fees” Tab

Broker fees information, which was collected manually, will

now be captured in PMT for each deal. The broker fees

data are required from status “03 - Sent to FM “ onward.
