12.1 GENERAL

12.1.1 DESCRIPTION

The Sub-Contractor shall supply, install,

commission, test and set to work a complete

lighting scheme in accordance with the

luminaires schedule shown in the Sub-Contract

Drawings and in this Specification.

The Sub-Contractor shall include for the

delivery to site of all the fittings, their storage,

safe keeping pending unpacking, their complete

assembly, erection, connection, testing, and

handing over in a clean working condition at the

end of the Contract Period.

12.1.2 STANDARDS

All equipment, materials and workmanship

shall comply with the appropriate Singapore or

British Standards or an acceptable equivalent

international standard as well as all local

statutory obligations and regulations.

All aspects of the installation shall be in

accordance with the requirements of the

Singapore Standards Code of Practice CP 38:

1987 - Artificial lighting in buildings.

The construction and internal wiring of the

luminaires shall comply with the Singapore

Standard SS 263: Luminaires requirements.

Luminaires shall be pre-wired and complete

with lamps, control gears, diffusers, lamp-

holders, mounting brackets etc. all necessary

for the complete installation and

commissioning.

All luminaires shall be complete with approved

type earth terminals for connection to the circuit

protective conductor of the final sub-circuit.

Luminaires shall be designed for operating on

230V 50 Hz single-phase A.C. supply.

12.1 TỔNG QUÁT

12.1.1 MÔ TẢ

Nhà thầu sẽ cung cấp, lắp đặt, kiểm tra, giám sát và

sắp xếp công việc lắp đặt toàn bộ hệ thống đèn

theo sự phân bố chiếu sáng như được thể hiện trên

bản vẽ và trong phần đặc điểm kỹ thuật này.

Nhà thầu sẽ giao đến nơi tất cả các thiết bị lắp đặt,

kho lưu trữ của họ, bảo đảm các thiết bị còn nguyên

kiện, việc lắp ráp, đấu nối, kiểm tra và bàn giao

trong một điều kiện làm việc sạch sẽ khi kết thúc

hợp đồng của họ.

12.1.2 TIÊU CHUẨN

Tất cả trang thiết bị, vật tư, nhân công phải tuân

theo tiêu chuẩn của Singapore hay British

Standards hoặc một tiêu chuẩn quốc tế tương

đương được công nhận cũng như tuân theo các

quy định về pháp lý và quy tắc của nước sở tại.

Tất cả sự lắp đặt phải phù hợp với yêu cầu của

Singapore Standards Code of Practice CP 38: 1987

- Artificial lighting in buildings

Cấu tạo và dây dẫn bên trong của đèn phải theo

tiêu chuẩn Singapore Standard SS 263: Luminaires.

Đèn sẽ được đi dây trước sau đó sẽ lắp đèn, công

tắc điều khiển, mặt khuếch tán ách sáng, đuôi đèn,

móc treo, v.v, tất cả các phụ kiện cần thiết để hoàn

thành sự lắp đặt và thẩm định.

Đèn sẽ có cọc nối đất để nối đến dây dẫn bảo vệ

của mạch phụ cuối cùng. Đèn được thiết kế để làm

việc ở điện áp 230V 50 Hz một pha A.C.





The types and ratings of the luminaires shall be

as indicated on the Sub-Contract Drawings.

12.2 EQUIPMENT

12.2.1 FLUORESCENT LAMPS AND CONTROL

GEARS

Fluorescent luminaires shall comply with the

following Singapore and British Standards:-

a) SS 24: 1987- Ballasts for fluorescent lamp in

AC 50 Hz supplies

b) BS EN 60400: 1992 - Specification for

lampholders for tubular fluorescent lamps

and starter holders

c) BS EN 60081: 1994 - Specification for tubular

fluorescent lamps for general lighting service

d) BS EN 61048: 1993 - Specification for

capacitors for use in tubular fluorescent and

other discharge lamp circuits. General and

safety requirements

e) BS EN 61049: 1993 - Specification for

capacitors for use in tubular fluorescent and

other discharge lamp circuits. Performance

requirements

f) BS 3772: 1990 - Specification for starters for

fluorescent lamps

All fluorescent lamps shall be of the energy

efficient type. Colour of the tubes shall be ‘white’

with nominal colour temperature of 4000oK or

‘warm white’ with nominal colour temperature of

3000oK as specified with bi-pin lamp caps

suitable for use in switchstart circuits and

manufactured to BS EN 60081: 1994 -

Specification for tubular fluorescent lamps for

general lighting service. The light output of 18W

and 36W fluorescent lamps, after 100 hours

burning, shall be at least 1400 lumens and 3400

lumens respectively and the colour rendering

index more than 80.

12.2 THIẾT BỊ

12.2.1 ĐÈN HUỲNH QUANG VÀ CÔNG TẮC ĐIỀU

KHIỂN

Đèn huỳnh quang phải theo tiêu chuẩn của

Singapore và British Standards như sau:-

a) SS 24: 1987 Tăng phô đèn huỳnh quang dùng

nguồn AC 50 Hz

b) BS EN 60400: 1992-Đặc điểm kỹ thuật của đuôi

đèn ống huỳnh quang và đế starter.

c) BS EN 60081: 1994-Đặc điểm kỹ thuật sử dụng

của đèn ống huỳnh quang và các đèn thông

dụng.

d) BS EN 61048: 1993-Đặc điểm kỹ thuật của tụ

điện sử dụng cho đèn ống huỳnh quang và các

mạch đèn sạc khác. Những yêu cầu chung và

an toàn.

e) BS EN 61049: 1993-Đặc điểm kỹ thuật của tụ

điện sử dụng cho đèn ống huỳnh quang và các

đèn phóng điện khác. Những yêu cầu về hiệu

suất.

f) BS 3772: 1990-Đặc điểm kỹ thuật của starters

cho đèn huỳnh quang.

Tất cả đèn phải là loại có hiệu suất cao. Màu của

bóng là màu “trắng” có nhiệt độ màu bình thường là

4000oK hay ‘warm white’ có nhiệt độ màu bình

thường là 3000oK như quy định với đuôi đèn có hai

chân thích hợp để sử dụng trong mạch có công tắc

khởi động và được sản xuất theo BS EN 60081:

1994 - Specification for tubular fluorescent lamps for

general lighting service. Công suất đèn huỳnh

quang là 18W và 36W, sau 100 hoạt động, sẽ còn

tối thiểu 1400 lumens và 3400 lumens và độ tương

phản màu lớn hơn 80.





Average rated life for fluorescent lamps shall

not be less than 12,000 hours.

Where specified, fluorescent lamps shall be

suitable to operate with high-frequency

dimmable electronic ballasts.

a) CONTROL GEARS

All electrical control gear shall be totally built

into the fitting assembly and shall provide for

switch start operation.

Control gears shall be of the low loss type, silent

in operation and of the switchstart pattern

suitable for incorporation within the luminaires

they serve. The ballasts shall be of the low

noise type and shall be mounted tightly on rigid

part of the luminaires. No one component of the

luminaires shall loosen and be badly fastened to

become resonant.

The ballast shall be designed to operate on a

230 volts 50 Hz single-phase A.C. supply and

the loss of each 18 watts or 36 watts ballast/

choke shall not be greater than 6 watts at the

rated voltage.

High frequency (HF) electronic ballasts where

specified shall be of the starterless, non-

flickering and rapid start type operating at a

frequency range of between 20 kHz and 30 kHz

and shall comply with BS EN 60928: 1991-

Specification for A.C. supplied electronic

ballasts for tubular fluorescent lamps. General

and safety requirements and BS EN 60929:

1992 - Specification for A.C. supplied electronic

ballasts for tubular fluorescent lamps.

Performance requirements. The ballast shall be

suitable for use with conventional or HF

fluorescent tubes.

All ballasts shall be batch-tested by Authority

and bear the relevant labels of approval.

Control gear and wiring assemblies shall be

sprayed with an acceptable non-hardening

volts 50 Hz một pha A.C. và tổn thất công suất trên

tăng phô/ cuộn cảm mỗi bộ đèn 18 watts hay 36

watts không được lớn hơn 6w với điện áp định

mức.

Tăng phô điện tử cao tần (HF) là loại không có

công tắc khởi động, không chớp sáng và khởi

động nhanh, được sử dụng ở những nơi yêu cầu,

có khoảng tần số hoạt động giữa 20 kHz và 30

kHz và theo tiêu chuẩn BS EN 60928 : 1991-

Specification for A.C. supplied electronic ballasts

for tubular fluorescent lamps. General and safety

requirements and BS EN 60929: 1992 -

Specification for A.C. supplied electronic ballasts

for tubular fluorescent lamps. Performance

requirements. Tăng phô sẽ là loại phù hợp có thể

sử dụng cho các đèn ống huỳnh quang thông

thường hay tần số cao HF.

Tất cả các tăng phô phải qua kiểm tra bởi Cơ quan

hữu quan và được dán tem nhãn kiểm định.

Tăng phô và dây quấn sẽ được phun một lớp sơn

Ballasts shall be wired individually to each

fluorescent tube within a multi-tube light fitting.

b) AUXILIARIES

Power factor correction capacitors shall be

provided to correct the power factor for each

fitting to not less than 0.95 lagging two hours

after the fitting has operated continuously on

site.

Radio interference filter shall be fitted to each

fitting. The filter shall be suitable for

suppressing mains-borne interference

generated from the luminaires to meet the limit

specified in BS EN 800: 1988 - Specification for

limits and methods of measurement of radio

interference characteristic of household

electrical appliances, portable tools and similar

electrical apparatus.

Where specified, all starters complete with

starter bases shall comply with BS 3772 1990 -

Specification for starters for fluorescent lamps

and suitable for lamps to BS EN 60081: 1994.

Lamp holders shall be non-inflammable and

non-conductive. When installed, the lamp

holders shall be adjustable to allow

manufacturing for tolerance (within the

manufacturer's specification) in the length of

lamps.

c) WIRING

Inter-component wiring shall be rated at 105oC

450V flame-retardant PVC and shall be neatly

secured within the luminaires to prevent

contacts being broken.

External cable connections shall be at fused

terminals blocks provided on the luminaires

and, in the case of pole mounted luminaires, the

terminals shall be located within the service

compartment at the base of the pole. Cartridge

Tất cả con chuột “starters” cùng với đế phải theo

tiêu chuẩn BS 3772 1990- Specification for starters

for fluorescent lamps và phù hợp cho đèn theo BS

EN 60081: 1994.

Đuôi đèn phải là loại khó cháy và không dẫn điện.

c) DÂY DẪN

Dây dẫn bên trong tăng phô phải là loại 105°C

450V, nhựa PVC chịu nhiệt và được che đậy chắc

chắn trong bộ đèn để tránh tiếp điểm bị hư hỏng.

Dây nối từ tăng phô ra sẽ được nối vào cầu chì

được lắp trên bộ đèn, và trong hộp treo đèn,

những điểm nối dây sẽ được đặt trong ngăn đấu

dây tại đế treo đèn. Đế cầu chì sẽ được trang bị.

Where wiring passes through or past the edge

of any metal section of the luminaires, it shall be

protected by an approved grommet and be

double insulated.

Earthing of each luminaire shall be made on the

earth terminal provided within the luminaires.

12.2.2 TUNGSTEN FILAMENT LAMPS

Tungsten filament lamps shall comply with the

following British Standards where applicable:-

BS 161: 1990 Specification for tungsten

filament lamps for domestic and similar

general lighting purpose. Performance

requirement.

BS EN 60238: 1992 Specification for edison

screw lampholders

BS 5042: 1987 Specification for bayonet

lampholders

Tungsten filament lamps shall be of the general

lighting service pattern or otherwise of the

coiled type in applicable sizes. Clear lamps shall

be utilised in all fittings with the exception of

open base glassware in which case lamps shall

be of the silica-coated type.

Lamps up to and including 150 watts shall have

bayonet cap and larger sizes shall be provided

with E.S. or G.E.S. holder as appropriate.

Average rated life for incandescent lamps shall

not be less than 1000 hours.

12.2.3 COMPACT FLUORESCENT (PL, PLC & 2D)

LAMPS AND CONTROL GEARS

Compact fluorescent lamps shall be single-

ended miniature fluorescent lamps each

consisting of narrow glass tubes welded

together with bi-pin cap and housing for starter

and capacitor at one end. Each lamp shall be

Đèn dây tóc Vonfram là loại sử dụng thông thường

hay các loại không đốt nóng khác. Bóng loại trong

sẽ được sử dụng trong tất cả các bộ đèn trừ loại

có đế thuỷ tinh hở, trong trường hợp này đèn phải

là loại có lớp silica.

Đèn có công suất lên đến 150 watts là loại đuôi có

chốt gài và cỡ lớn hơn sẽ là đuôi E.S. hay

G.E.S.thích hợp.

Tuổi thọ trung bình cho đèn đốt tim không dưới

1000 giờ.

12.2.3 ĐÈN TIẾT KIỆM (PL, PLC & 2D) VÀ TĂNG PHÔ

Đèn huỳnh quang tiết kiệm sẽ là đèn huỳnh quang

cỡ nhỏ đơn, mỗi cái gồm có ống thuỷ tinh nhỏ hàn

lại với nhau đuôi có hai chân ghim và có vỏ bọc

cho bộ mồi và tụ điện ở đuôi. Mỗi đèn sẽ có lắp

một bộ khử nhiễu sóng vô tuyến phát ra từ đèn.

The ballasts for these lamps shall be designed

to operate any of the lamp ratings specified and

shall be rated for operation at 230V 50 Hz

single phase A.C. supply.

Power factor correction capacitors shall be

provided for each lamp luminaire to correct the

power factor to better than 0.85 lagging.

12.2.4 HIGH INTENSITY DISCHARGE (HID)

LAMPS AND CONTROL GEARS

High pressure sodium lamps where used shall

be of the ovoid fluorescent coated outer bulb

type.

Metal halide and mercury fluorescent lamps

type MBF/U where specified shall be

manufactured to BS 3677: 1989 - Specification

for high-performance mercury vapour lamps as

appropriate.

Appropriate inductive ballasts for limiting the

current shall be used in conjunction with the

HID lamps and the Sub-Contractor shall ensure

that the control gears installed are suitable for

the lamps used. The control gear (ballast,

igniters, capacitor, etc.) for each lamp shall be

suitable for enclosing in a weatherproof

compartment where used for external areas or

integrated with the luminaires. Ballasts shall be

of the low loss type manufactured to BS EN

60922: 1991 - Specification for general and

safety requirements for ballasts for discharge

lamps (excluding tubular fluorescent lamps) and

BS EN 60923: 1991 - Specification for

performance requirements for ballasts and

rated for operation at 230V 50 Hz single phase

A.C. supply.

Electronic igniters where applicable (i.e. high-

pressure sodium lamps) shall be of the

encapsulated and quick start-up type.

Tụ bù sẽ lắp trong mỗi đèn để nâng hệ số công

12.2.4 ĐÈN CAO ÁP (HID) VÀ TĂNG PHÔ

Đèn cao áp sodium có hình trái trứng, loại bóng

được phủ lớp huỳng quang bên ngoài.

Đèn huỳnh quang thuỷ ngân và Metal halide

MBF/U được sản xuất theo BS 3677: 1989 -

Specification for high-performance mercury vapour

lamps. Được lắp đặt ở những nơi thích hợp theo

yêu cầu.

Loại tăng phô cảm ứng thích hợp để giới hạn dòng

sẽ được sử dựng cùng với đèn HID và nhà thầu sẽ

đảm bảo là tăng phô lắp đặt là phù hợp với đèn sử

dụng. Hộp điều khiển (tăng phô, bộ mồi, tụ điện,

v.v.) cho mỗi đèn thích hợp để lắp trong ngăn

không thấm nước khi sử dụng ngoài trời hay đi

kèm với bộ đèn. Tăng phô sẽ là loại có tổn hao

thấp được sản xuất theo BS EN 60922: 1991 -

Specification for general and safety requirements

for ballasts for discharge lamps (excluding tubular

fluorescent lamps) và BS EN 60923: 1991 -

Specification for performance requirements for

ballasts và có điện áp làm việc là 230V 50 Hz một

pha A.C.

Những đèn sử dụng bộ mồi điện tử (như đèn

sodium cao áp) sẽ là loại đặt gọn bên trong và là

loại khởi động nhanh.





Control gears of all HID lamps for indoor use

shall be silent in operation.

12.2.5 COMPACT TUNGSTEN HALOGEN LAMPS

Compact tungsten halogen lamps for use with

downlighter type luminaires shall be housed

within a precision faceted glass reflector having

dichroic coatings which shall allow 50% of the

heat to be transmitted backwards while

reflecting light forward in a controlled beam. A

choice of beam angles shall be available for the

application. It shall operate at low voltage of

12V with the operating circuit from a wirewound

transformer or electronic transformer for

connection to a 230V 50 Hz single phase A.C.

supply.

12.2.6 EXIT SIGNS

'EXIT' signs shall be of the maintained

self-contained type complying with the

requirements of Building Control Division, PWD,

Code of Practice for Fire Precaution for

Buildings 1997 and Singapore Standard CP 19:

1991 - The installation and maintenance of

emergency evacuation lighting and power

supply systems in buildings.

Each sign shall consist of fire retardant acrylic

plates with white lettering ‘EXIT’ (with or without

directional arrows) on green background or vice

versa. The sign shall be illuminated by a single

8 watts T5 fluorescent tube and shall be either

single- or double-sided as required.

The housing for the batteries, battery charger,

converter, control gear shall be constructed

from minimum 20 gauge mild steel and epoxy

painted to standard black or any other colour as

approved by the Engineer. Ventilation slots shall

be provided at top and sides.

The batteries shall be high temperature rated

rechargeable sealed Nickel-Cadmium (Ni-Cd)

type with sufficient capacity to operate the

fluorescent tube for not less than 2 hours.

12.2.5 ĐÈN TUNGSTEN HALOGEN

Đèn tungsten halogen là loại đèn chiếu xuống

có lớp lưỡng sắc, cái mà sẽ cho phép 50% nhiệt

được truyền ra phía sau trong khi ánh sáng phàn

xạ đi về phía trước trong chùm sáng có kiểm soát.

Sự chọn lựa cho góc phản xạ thì có sẵn cho từng

ứng dụng. Chúng có điện áp làm việc là 12V với

nguồn cấp tới từ biến thế dây quấn hay biến thế

điện tử nối với nguồn 230V 50 Hz một pha A.C.

12.2.6 BẢNG ĐÈN THOÁT HIỂM (EXIT- sign)

Đèn 'EXIT' signs là loại duy trì độc lập phù hợp với

yêu cầu của Building Control Division, PWD, Code

of Practice for Fire Precaution for Buildings 1997

và Singapore Standard CP 19: 1991 - The

installation and maintenance of emergency

evacuation lighting and power supply systems in

buildings.

Mỗi cái sẽ gồm có một tấm chống cháy có chữ

màu trắng ‘EXIT’ (có hoặc không có mũi tên chỉ

đường) trên nền màu xanh hay ngược lại. Bảng

hiệu được chiếu sáng bởi một bóng đèn ống

huỳnh quang 8W T5 và là loại một có một mặt hay

hai mặt như yêu cầu.

Hộp chứa bình ắc qui, bộ sạc, bộ mồi sẽ được làm

từ thép mềm tối thiểu 20 gauge và được sơn

epoxy theo tiêu chuẩn là màu đen hay bất kỳ màu

nào khác đựơc Quản lý Kỹ thuật phê duyệt. Những

rãnh thoát nhiệt phải ở bên trên và bên hông.

Bình ắc qui là loại Nickel-Cadmium (Ni-Cd) chịu

nhiệt cao và sạc lại được với dung lượng đủ để

duy trì cho đèn cháy hơn 2 giờ.





The charging unit shall be a solid state two-rate

fully automatic, voltage regulated, temperature

compensated with trickle charge facility. The

unit shall be provided with low-volt cut-off facility

to protect the battery from over-discharging.

The housing for the batteries, battery charger

and inverter shall be of the recessed type for

installation in false ceiling. Surface mounted

types shall be provided for areas without false

ceilings.

The charging of the battery shall be monitored

by a neon lamp or light emitting diode which

shall be easily visible. A test button shall be

provided for periodic inspection of the signs.

12.2.7 EMERGENCY LUMINAIRES

All emergency luminaires shall be equipped with

battery-operated power supply units with

sufficient capacity to operate the lamps for not

less than 2 hours in the event of a mains power

failure.

The batteries shall be rechargeable sealed

Nickel-Cadmium type and housed together with

the charger, inverter, etc. in a separate

stove-baked enamel white steel enclosure

mounted adjacent to the respective luminaires

and above the false ceiling.

The charging of the battery shall be monitored

by a neon lamp or light emitting diode which

shall be easily visible. A test button shall be

provided for periodic inspection of the signs.

All emergency luminaires shall be complete with

the necessary identification symbol.

12.2.8 EXTERNAL LUMINAIRES

All external luminaires where specified shall be

completely weatherproof to IP 65. Each

luminaire shall be suitable for wall, floor or lamp

post mounting as appropriate.

12.2.9 EXTERNAL LUMINAIRE LAMP POSTS

Bộ sạc là loại bán dẫn, hai trạng thái, hoàn toàn tự

động, có ổn áp, bù nhiệt có dòng sạc nhỏ. Bộ sạc

có khả năng tự cắt ở điện áp thấp để bảo vệ

battery không bị xã quá mức.

Hộp chứa batteries, bộ sạc và bộ biến tần là loại

được đặt giấu trên trần giả. Loại gắn nổi sẽ được

lắp ở những khu vực không có trần giả.

Sự nạp điện cho bình sẽ được kiểm tra bằng một

đèn neon hay đèn led có thể nhìn thấy được một

cách dễ dàng. Có một nút nhấn kiểm tra để kiểm

tra định kỳ bảng đèn.

12.2.7 ĐÈN KHẨN CẤP DỰ PHÒNG

Tất cả đèn emergency sẽ có bộ nguồn battery

dung lượng đủ để đốt cháy đèn hơn 2 giờ liền khi

nguồn chính bị mất.

Batteries là loại Nickel-Cadmium có thể sạc lại

được và được đặt cùng với bộ sạc, bộ biến tần,v.v,

trong hộp thép trắng tráng men đặt gần bộ đèn và

ở trên trần giả.

Sự nạp điện cho bình sẽ được kiểm tra bằng một

đèn neon hay đèn led có thể nhìn thấy được một

cách dễ dàng. Có một nút nhấn kiểm tra để kiểm

12.2.8 ĐÈN LẮP NGOÀI TRỜI

Tất cả đèn đặt ngoài trời phải hoàn toàn là loại

không thấm nước (weatherproof) theo IP 65. Mỗi

loại đèn phải phù hợp để gắn trên tường, sàn hay

cột đèn.

12.2.9 CỘT ĐÈN ĐẶT NGOÀI TRỜI





Lamp posts for external luminaires where

specified shall be of tubular hot-dipped

galvanised steel column, the base compartment

of which shall house the lamp fusegear

consisting of a single fully shrouded single pole

and neutral single entry cut-out with 10 amps

H.R.C. fuse complete with cable sealing box,

armour clamps and compression gland. where

required, suitable for receiving looping

PVC/SWA/PVC cables of the sizes specified.

The tubular columns shall be protected

internally and externally against corrosion. For

internal protection, a coating of black

bituminous paint shall be applied. A priming

coat of suitable paint shall be applied to the

surface after it has been thoroughly cleaned

and followed by at least two coats to provide

adequate protection against corrosion.

Wiring between lantern and cut-out shall be twin

core 2.5mm2 PVC/ PVC copper conductor.

12.3 INSTALLATION

All luminaires shall be adequately supported in

accordance with manufacturer's

recommendations and to the satisfaction of the

Engineer. Mounting heights for luminaires shall

be directed and agreed on site with the

Engineer.

All wiring connection to luminaires shall be

installed in flexible conduits.

The Sub-Contractor shall include for adapting

conduit terminations to suit the specified

luminaires and method of installation.

Final connections to luminaires in areas of

suspended ceilings shall be in flexible conduit

bonded by male brass bush and serrated

washer direct to luminaires or by ceiling rose

fixed to soffit.

Những chỗ đặt cột đèn chiếu sáng ngoài trời phải

là loại cột thép tráng mạ kẽm hình ống, đế có ngăn

để chứa bộ cầu chì đèn gồm có một cực và một

trung tính nối với cấu chì 10 ampe H.R.C đặt trong

hộp chứa cáp kín, có clamp kẹp giữ và miếng đệm

ép. Có những nơi yêu cầu phù hợp vớI các cuộn

cáp PVC/SWA/PVC ở từng kích cỡ theo đặc điểm

kỹ thuật.

Cột tròn phải được bảo vệ chống rỉ sét bên

trongcũng như bên ngoài ống. Bảo vệ bên trong,

sẽ được sơn bằng một lớp nhựa đường đen. Một

lớp sơn lót thích hợp sẽ được sơn lên bề mặt sau

khi đã được làm sạch và được sơn ít nhất hai lớp

để có khả năng chống lại sự rỉ sét một cách thích

hợp.

Dây dẫn giữa lồng đèn và cầu chì sẽ là dây đồng

đôi 2.5mm2 PVC/PVC.

12.3 LẮP ĐẶT

Tất cả các đèn phải được lắp đúng cách theo

hướng dẫn của nhà sản xuất và sự đồng ý của

Quản lý Kỹ thuật. Cao độ lắp đèn sẽ được hướng

dẫn và chấp thuận tại vị trí đề nghị của Quản lý Kỹ

thuật.

Tất cả dây nối đến đèn sẽ được đi trong ống lò xo

mềm.

Nhà thầu sẽ chịu trách nhiệm về lắp đặt những

trạm lắp ống phù hợp cho từng loại đèn kể cả

phương pháp lắp đặt.

Những chỗ cuối đấu với đèn trong khu vực của

trần treo sẽ sử dụng ống lò xo mềm có bằng khớp

nối đực bằng đồng thau và long đền răng cưa nối

lại với nhau trực tiếp vào trong bộ đèn hay bằng

ceiling rose lắp dưới bao lơn.

installation drawings incorporating the

manufacturer's recommendations shall be

submitted for checking complete with all fixing

details, suspensions and supports.

Fluorescent luminaires shall be independently

suspended from the soffit by adjustable

brackets to the satisfaction of the Engineer. In

areas without suspended ceilings, luminaires

shall be supported on conduit suspensions

painted to match the ceiling finish.

All external pole-mounted luminaires shall be

mounted on the lamp post with the height as

shown on the Sub-Contract Drawings. An

appropriate concrete base or flange plate shall

be provided for each lamp post for mounting to

the ground.
