Maritime Engineering Division is a key player in providing the best solutions for planning and design of maritime infrastructures including breakwater, revetment and jetties. As a specialist group in Mega-port planning and feasibility studies, we do our best to provide high-qualitysolutions to our clients.

We have successfully delivered projects in global maritime engineering projects in Korea, U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Australia and Vietnam.

Based on our experience and accumulated know-how, we ensured the project profitability and the reduced risk for its implementation. SENest’s global presence is expanding rapidly. We continue to strengthen our global competitiveness by providing localized solutions. SENest Vietnam established in 2010 is a base camp to expand our project delivery capabilities into Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

SENest established its Technology Institute in 2009 for technology innovation. SENest Technology Institute conducts in-depth studies in the fields of maritime, structure and geotechnical engineering.

Cooperative study with Texas A&M in the U.S. and Yonsei University in Korea is one of our achievements to developing hands-on technology applicable in real construction situations.

The Technology Institute is also responsible for filing and obtaining new patents. In 2009, SENest, together with Samsung C&T, acquired the patent.

We already secured multiple patents and have some patents pending. Intellectual properties accumulated from our Technology Institute play an important part of our competitiveness.
