NG DIP Inc. (f/k/a Nasty Gal Inc.), the debtor and debtor in possession in the above-

captioned bankruptcy case (the “Debtor”), hereby submits this Supplement to the Notice of

Disposition of Debtor’s Furniture, Fixture and Equipment Assets, filed by the Debtor on April 7,

2017 (the “FF&E Notice”) [Docket No. 543]. At the time of filing the FF&E Notice, the

information regarding the identity of private sale purchasers was still being compiled. Attached

hereto as Exhibit A to this Supplement is a copy of the Debtor’s report detailing all private sales

of the Debtor’s FF&E Assets, including the identity of each purchaser, the items purchased, and

the purchase price.
