Patogenesis : tricophyton have hifa and in stratum corneum colonize and product enzimceratolytic digest ceratin in epidermis after that causing inflamation the fungus that

colonize caused the elevated lession which the infection of the fungus, will destroy stratum

corneum the stratum cornenum will open caused itchy and smell.

Fototherapi using UV B maybe helpfullTreatment : that have symptomatic characteristic, for the itchy it can use sedatif antihistamin,

topical drugs it can use salicilat acid powder with menthol 0.5 1 %.
