description:A 6.23 acres (2.52 hectares) site consisting of the 2nd Costco Wholesale warehouse in Australia. This particular warehouse features a exterior food court, tire (tyre) center (centre), 2 levels of parking, and a regional business center on the top floors. Australia development and jurisdictional processes are very different than domestic warehouses resulting in more design develpment processes and constrution documentataion. My particular involvement was in the early design stages and permitting pre-construction processes.
