We  are  pleased  to  announce  that  Shannan Penn has  been promoted to  the Customer Service Manager position at our Burton, OH campus effective April 3, 2017, reporting directly to  Ellen  Clunk  (Materials  Manager).    Shannan  will  be providing  overall  leadership  and  direction  to  a  team comprised  of  Customer  Service,  Schedulers,  and  Traffic associates.   Shannan has served as a Customer Service Representative at the  Burton  campus  for  the  past  four  years.    She  previously had  experience  as  a  Customer  Service  Representative  that she  obtained  while  working  for  M.A.  Hanna  Rubber Compounding  in Tillsonburg, Ontario, and  later at Flambeau Products  in Middlefield.    In addition Shannan was employed at Seven Seventeen Credit Union, Warren, OH as a Personal Service Representative for seven years.    Please  join me in congratulating Shannan on her promotion and offer your  cooperation and support as  she assumes her new responsibilities.
