1-1 燃气发动机发展历程

Development History of Gas Engine

20世纪70年代末，潍柴在6160柴油机的基础上研发出柴油/煤气混燃发电机组，拉开了潍柴燃气动力发展的序幕。

Weichai gas engine development started from the late 1970’s, when Weichai made

diesel/coal gas mixed combustion power generation based on their 6160 diesel

engine.

1999-2005年潍柴致力于LPG发动机的研发和生产。

1999-2005: Weichai dedicated in R&D and manufacturing of LPG engine.

2005-2008年主要从事CNG发动机的研发。

2005-2008:Dedicated in R&D of CNG engine.

2008年至今，完成全系列NG发动机研发并全面推广使用。

2008-Now, realized the R&D and launch of all ranges of NG engines widely.

2011年9月9日，具有国际领先水平的HPDI发动机在潍柴动力-西港点火成功，标志着一个全新天然气动力时代的到来。

Sep 9th 2011, the global leading HPDI engine was successfully fired in Weichai

Westport Inc, indicating the beginning of a new NG power period.

潍柴动力西港新能源发动机有限公司创建于1999年，分别于2010年、2011年完成增资更名，是由潍柴动力、加拿大西港、香港培新共同合资组建的新能源发动机专业研发制造公司。股比分别为：潍柴动力40%、加拿大西港公司35%，香港培新25%。

Weichai Westport INC. , founded in 1999, completed the capital increase and

rename in 2010,2011. It’s a joint venture established between Weichai Power ,

Westport Innovations and Hong Kong Peterson Equipment , with division of

ownership being 40%, 35% and 25% respectively, specializing in the

manufacturing of alternative energy engines.

公司厂房建筑面积2万余平方米，年生产国Ⅳ、国Ⅴ新能源发动机5万台，主要配套城市公交、公路客车、重型卡车等多个领域。

以陕汽重卡为合作平台，我公司于2008年底开始与新疆广汇进行战略合作，联合在新疆地区推广天然气汽车，开创了LNG重卡推广的“广汇模式”。

Based on collaboration platform of Shanqi HD truck, we have started strategic

cooperation with Xinjiang Guanghui since 2008 and co-promoted NGVs in Xinjiang,

pioneered the “Guanghui mode” of LNG heavy duty truck promotion.

同时积极与中石油、中石化、中海油等国内大型的能源企业沟通协作，与LNG气瓶生产企业和整车厂协同开拓市场，形成 LNG产业链的“链合推广”模式。

结构紧凑，升功率、升扭矩大。 适用于：总重40吨以下、路况较好、车速要求不高的港口码头

车、公路运输车；10-12米空调、非空调公交车、客运车。 Compact structure, more power per liter, larger torque per

liter. Suited for port vehicles and transporters with total weight less than 40 tons on fairly good condition road; 10-12m air conditioned or not city bus and coach.

WP12NG 采用成熟、可靠的单点喷射技术，本体采用潍柴斯太尔发动机，

马力大，可靠性高，属国内重型卡车和大型客车的首选动力。

适用于：牵引车、矿用车、自卸车、水泥搅拌车等。

Relying on mature reliably single point injection technology and Weichai steyr noumenon, it is powerful and reliably and the first choice of heavy truck and motobus powers.

工作原理

引燃：压缩冲程上止点前喷入少量柴油（5%），形成火焰。

Ignition: Flame comes before TDC with 5% diesel injected as pilot

fuel.

气体喷射：柴油引燃后，天然气以300bar的压力喷射到火焰中，成为燃烧的主要燃料。

Gas Injection: After ignited by diesel, natural gas is injected into

the flame at a pressure of 300bar as the main fuel.

动力性强 High Power

功率和扭矩与柴油机相同，比点燃式发动机大15-20%。
