User Profile Synchronization 이 뭔가요 ?Directory Service 와 SharePoint 간의 사용자 정보 동기화

왜 필요한가요 ?텅텅 비어있는 SharePoint 에 다양한 사용자 정보를 가져오자 !Directory Service 와 SharePoint 간의 사용자 (Group) 의 정보의 일치* 부서이동이나 인사발령 등 AD 의 사용자 정보 변경 시 동일하게 반영되어야 한다 .

CONFIGURE사용자 동기화 구성 방법

01. Verify Account Permissions02. Create a Web application to host My Sites 03. Create a managed path for My Sites04. Create a My Site Host site collection 05. Create a Managed Metadata Service Application 06. Create a User Profile Service Application07. Enable NetBIOS domain names08. Start the User Profile service09. Configure User Profile Connection10. • Central Administration > System Settings > Manage services on server

• User Profile Service 구성 이전에 Managed Metadata Service Application 구성• Application Management > Manage Service Applications > Managed Metadata Service

• Application Management > Manage Service Applications > User Profile Service Application• 크게 나누어 Application Pool 설정과 , Database 설정 , My Site 설정으로 분류 • 응용프로그램의 이름 및 사용할 Application Pool 설정

• My Site 설정• UPS 구성 이전에 My Site Host 구성이 완료되어야 한다 .

• 동기화 프로세스가 수행될 서버 선택

• System Settings > Manage services on server > Start the User Profile service

• services.msc > FIM Service 확인

• Connection Account 를 통하여 동기화할 항목을 설정

CUSTOM USER PROPERTY커스텀 프로퍼티를 만들어 보자 !

Custom User Property• 동기화를 통해 AD 로부터 정보를 가져온 후의 프로필 페이지 화면 >>> 부서정보를 표시해주는 Custom Property 를 만들어보자 .

Custom User Property• CA > Manage Profile Service > User Profile Service Application

Custom User Property• New Property 를 클릭하여 새로운 User Property 생성 화면으로 이동한다 .

Custom User Property• Property 에 특정 AD 항목을 Mapping 시킨 후 Add 를 클릭한다 .

Custom User Property• 사용자의 Profile Page 에서 Edit My Profile 을 통해 추가된 Custom Property 를 확인
