Bwshells es el nombre comercial de la empresa Talleres Berasategui S.A, pertenecientes al Grupo Berasategui que fue creado en marzo de 1962. Desde sus inicios se dedico a la Estructura Metálica, al Sector Naval, y a la Calderería Pesada. En los años 80 Talleres Berasategui realizo una importante reconversión especializándose en el curvado de chapas en grandes espesores, mas concretamente, un máximo de 250 mm.
Tras más de 45 años dedicados a la Calderería podemos ofrecer una excelente calidad en todos nuestros productos. Disponemos de un capital humano de alrededor de 40 personas, entre las cuales se encuentran Ingenieros Superiores, Ingenieros Técnicos, Administrativos y Oficiales de la industria del metal.

Bwshells est le nom commercial de l’entreprise Talleres Berasategui S.A, elles appartiennent toutes les deux au Groupe Berasategui qui a été créé en Mars 1962. Depuis ses débuts, elle s´est consacrée à la Structure Métallique, le secteur naval et la chaudronnerie lourde. Pendant les années 80, Bwshells réalisa une importante reconversion en se spécialisant dans le roulage de tôles de grandes épaisseurs, plus précisément, jusqu’à 250 mm.
Après plus de 50 ans consacrés à la Chaudronnerie, nous sommes fièrs de pouvoir proposer la meilleure qualité pour nos produits. Nous disposos d´un capital humain d´environ 40 personnes, parmi lesquelles se trouvent des Ingénieurs Supérieurs, Ingénieurs techniques, administratifs et employés de l´industrie du métal.

■ ITP (Inspection Test Plan)■ Procedimiento de fabricación■ CCPU (sólo de Europa) ■ Certificado del metal de aportación de los principales cuerpos de soldadura. ■ Procedimiento de Soldadura (QMOS) según / EN y ASME validado por una organización independiente (Bureau Veritas, DNV, Lloyds Register ...) para materiales como S355J2 + N, SA 516 Gr 60/70, HII, 16 Mo3, S 420 SA 302GrB, ...
