波次管理助力更高效的出库处理 Wave Management to empower the high throughput for outbound

在仓库运营中，出库流程通常是十分关键的，它关系到货物能否及时准确的送达最终的目的地。在处理大量货物出库的时候，精准的分类组合，有序的释放每一个时间段的出库请求是至关重要的。

In the warehouse operation, outbound process usually is the most critical. With large volume to handle, outbound goods need to be grouped and sent in different

destination and priority.

通过SAP EWM 波次管理，仓库可以根据不同的条件来对不同的出库请求做归类。比如发往同一个目的地来自不同的源头的出库请求可以被合并，并在同一时间一起发货。

With Wave Management in SAP EWM, outbound processing can be grouped

by multiple criteria, like customer, destination, etc.

同时，一个仓库还是定义不同的波形模板。每一个波形模板可以定义不同的交割时间与释放时间来控制不同时间段的出库请求。

Multiple wave templates can also be defined according to different materials for

cutover time and release time.

波次的释放也可以根据不同的条件，例如时间，装箱的重量，容积等等。这给仓库发货增加很多的灵活性。

Wave release can be set on different conditions such as capacity, weight, etc.

This provides a lot flexibility for the outbound processing.

Many industries have seasonal peak volume variation, this lead to bin assignment to be re-arranged regularly, which requires automatically and periodically optimization

of product storage locations.

SAP EWM的布局优化 (Slotting & Rearrangement) 功能提供了一种自动化的方式来根据货物种类，捡配的历史重等新安排新的存放位置。这对于那些有明显季节性波动的行业尤其的便利，使其可以动态优化存储空间，缩短仓库工作人员的拣货与上架时间。

Slotting and Rearrangement in EWM provides an automated solution that

automatically suggests the optimal bin assignment for goods. It is

quicker and easier for logistics service provider to adjust the bin

assignment to accommodate with the coming seasonal peak.

例如时尚行业就是这样的情况。一年春夏秋冬四种款式在不同

的时候会出现集中出库，集中入库等情况。在利用了布局优化的功能后，可以在每一季最繁忙的时候，最合理的使用仓库位置，达到最高效捡配上架的效果。
