3. 3 Installment—power cable connect to panel Junction Box

Open Junction Box of panel back site, use screw driver fix power cable.JB+Red WireJB- Black WireAfter cable fixed, then close the cover and fix the screw of cover

3.4 Installment—Panel&frame assembly

Panel and frame assembly with butter fly bolts and nuts, There are 3angles of panel installment, 25degree， 30degree， 35degree, in Pakistan it is better 30.

3.5 Installment—Finalized Solar panel direction

After panel & frame assembly, put the assembly on cement of top roof.Panel face to south direction, then finalize the expansion hole location and mark with PEN.Use drill to make hole for expansion bolts.Last fix solar frame with expansion bolts.

3.5 Installment—Solar controller&cable connection

Put solar controller inside room place which is clean,Dry and safe.

Install fuse of BAT and DC-out

Attention the layout length is good for solar power cable!!!

3.6 Installment-solar and LED cable connect

LED light install at LED cable terminator end.Solar cable connect to PV IN of controller.3LED cable connect to DC-Out of controller.Phoe USB charger cable connect to USB of controller.Last Switch ON the DC out switch to power on LED and USB charger

3.6Installment—Alarm LED display

After Switch ON, then check LED is Green, system is running normal.

4.Maintenance

Solar controller keep inside room where is clean, dry, safe.Clean solar panel frequently with cloth, remove the dusty.Sunshine of solar panel will not be shadow with tree or high building.System Keep far away from Children.
