A. DESKRIPSIMata kuliah ini membahas konsep dasar pengelolaan real estate atau real property secara
menyeluruh, profesional dan SMART. Berbagai tinjauan ilmu akan dibahas dan diaplikasikan dalam
menunjang pengelolaan properti secara efektif dan efisien, antara lain disiplin ilmu manajemen dan
bisnis secara komprehensif, tehnik pemeliharaan bangunan, pemasaran dan keagenan, hukum
properti, hukum perikatan dan berbagai kajian ekonomi lain yang relevan dengan analisis studi
kelayakan.
B. TUJUAN1. Agar mahasiswa-mahasiswi mengetahui, memahami dan menerapkan pengelolaan tanah secara
holistic dan smartsebagai landasan untuk matakuliah Manajemen Properti.
2. Agar para mahasiswa-mahasiswi memiliki landasan keahlian manajerial guna menunjang profesiManajemen Properti.
