Site analysis is an inventory completed as a preparatory step to site planning, a form of urban planning which involves research, analysis, and conclusion. It primarily deals with basic data as it relates to a specific site. The topic itself branches into the boundaries of architecture and urban planning. Studies were conducted to investigate the various aspects that can help in designing a martial art center which has been assigned to every student in the studio.
INTRODUCTION
Shah Alamis thestate capitalofSelangor, Malaysia and situated within thePetalingDistrict and a small portion of the neighbouringKlang District. It is located about 25 kilometres west of the country's capital,Kuala Lumpur.
The UiTM Shah Alam campus is the flagship institution of the University Technology MARA System, the largest university in Malaysia in terms of size and student enrollment and the only public university carrying out intakes twice a year. The university faculties comprise 4,000 academics, scholars and researchers. The university has expanded nationwide with four satellite campuses, 12 branch campuses, nine city campuses and 21 affiliated colleges. With this network and over 17,000 staff, the university offers more than 300 academic programs. It is home to some 172,000 students: bumiputeras and international studentsINTRODUCTION
OBJECTIVES
To promote creative ideas in designing of complex for future use. To expose students with the technique and procedure of project development. To evaluate the economic impact from the project. To study the legislatives planning, procedures and process of development. To identify the benefits of project to the staffs, faculties and UiTM.

STRENGTHWEAKNESSOPPORTUNITYCONSTRAINTWaterFlood Collector prevent site from flood problemGood flow to prevent from soil erosion at the siteThe water table movement will effect the strength of the soilSite area become smallerThe overflow water from the site can be directed to the flood collectorHigh potential of aquifer will contain more water in the soil lead the soil to weaken. Road widening works to be difficult

2.3 ClimateCLIMATEPRECIPITATIONWIND MOVEMENTHUMIDITYSUN AND WIND DIRECTIONSWOC
Situated nearly right on the equator, Malaysias climate characteristics are :Uniform temperatureHigh humidityGenerally light windsIt rains all year-long.CLIMATE
The weather in Malaysia is characterized by two monsoon regimes, namely, the Southwest Monsoon from late May to September, and the Northeast Monsoon from November to March. The Northeast Monsoon brings heavy rainfall, whereas the Southwest Monsoon normally signifies relatively drier weather.PRECIPITATION
The South-West Monsoon is usually from June to September. The wind-flow is generally south-westerly and light, approximately 15 knots. As the central and southern areas of the peninsula are shielded by Sumatra from the winds associated with these monsoon, it has vary little impact on the Selangor area as the winds are usually bereft of rain by the time it hits the central and southern part of the peninsulaWIND MOVEMENT
September- December humidity level high especially in April with an average of daily low humidity 67%.
May-Sep humidity level lowers due to decreasing precipitation.

STRENGTHWEAKNESSOPPORTUNITYCONSTRAINTSunPlenty of light will minimize the use of light in the building. The temperature in the building will rise .hot temperatures all the time can be used to generate energy through the solar system.requires a lot of shading on the building for restricting the sunlight from entering the building.
SWOC
STRENGTHWEAKNESSOPPORTUNITYCONSTRAINTPrecipitationdue to frequent rainfall will cause the building and cool environment.will impact on building facades and structures.water resources can be replaced by rainwater that has been processed for general use.outdoor activities will be limited due to the frequent rain.
SWOC
STRENGTHWEAKNESSOPPORTUNITYCONSTRAINTWindwind flow will make a good ventilation for the building. high-rise buildings in the surrounding buildings will obstruct the movement of the wind.energy consumption can be reduce for open areas because of the natural ventilation.requires a lot of openings in buildings for natural ventilation. The privacy for occupant will be minimize.
SWOC
STRENGTHWEAKNESSOPPORTUNITYCONSTRAINTTemperatureTemperature drop at the end of the year caused by rainy season. The temperature high especially dry season.minimize the use of air-conditioning during rainy season. The use of air-conditioning will be maximize because of hot temperature.
High temperature will cause discomfort to the public.
