ABSTRACT Information systems required in the company or agency must be accurate, timely, and flexible. This will support the activities of a company or institution in their daily activities. On Holy District Health Office in managing the licensing of Food Industry Household (PIRT) are still using manual systems are still being recorded with the data port on recorded directly, thus requiring a large storage media, and very likely the risk of data loss, causing ineffectiveness in pengelolaannya.dengan The issue needs be created a system that can process data relating to the data port on. Given the importance of data management port on the District Health Office of the Holy aware of the benefits of using a computerized system and strive to build systems that support the storage, processing and accessing information in the hope the activity becomes easier, and better than the activities using existing systems. ABSTRAK
Sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam perusahaan atau instansi harus akurat, tepat waktu, dan fleksibel. Hal ini akan menunjang kelancaran aktivitas di suatu perusahaan atau instansi dalam kegiatan sehari-harinya. Pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kudus dalam mengelola perijinan Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga (PIRT) masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu pendataan PIRT masih didata dengan mencatat secara langsung, sehingga membutuhkan media penyimpanan yang besar dan sangat besar kemungkinan resiko kehilangan data sehingga menimbulkan ketidak efektifan dalam pengelolaannya.dengan permasalahan tersebut perlu kiranya dibuat suatu sistem yang dapat memproses data-data yang berkaitan dengan data PIRT. Mengingat pentingnya pengelolaan data PIRT tersebut, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kudus menyadari akan manfaat menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi dan berusaha untuk membangun sistem yang mendukung penyimpanan, pengolahan serta pengaksesan informasi dengan harapan proses kegiatan menjadi lebih mudah, dan lebih baik dari kegiatan dengan menggunakan sistem yang sudah ada.

Puji syukur kehadirat Allah SWT karena atas Rahmat dan Hidayah-Nya penulis mampu menyelesaikan penyusunan skripsi ini dengan judul “Aplikasi Pembelajaran Ilmu Grafika Berbasis Multimedia”. Skripsi ini disusun guna melengkapi salah satu persyaratan untuk memperoleh Gelar Kesarjanaan Progam Studi Teknik Informatika Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muria Kudus.
