(No pet-sitting services or the like are available within the facilities.)

Food and Beverages / Cigarettes• All observation decks are no-smoking zones. Visitors who wish to smoke must use the Smoking Corners. Likewise, eating and drinking are only permitted in designated areas.

Special Points to Note• TOKYO SKYTREE may suspend the operation of elevators or close its doors to the public in strong winds, in severe weather, for inspections, or for other reasons. • Please note that TOKYO SKYTREE’s spectacular views may be obscured by bad weather. • Please be careful inside TOKYO SKYTREE, especially when opening and closing doors or using elevators, escalators, or stairways. • During crowded times, TOKYO SKYTREE staff may limit access to certain routes, observation areas, or other parts of the tower. • The days, hours, and terms of service for the observation decks and retail facilities may be changed without notice. • If you have a fixed-date/time ticket, please show up earlier than your assigned time. Public trains and buses are a convenient way to come to TOKYO SKYTREE.
