QUESTIONS/CRITIQUE AB › Difficult to separate different microsystems › Would latour work in this way? › How does latour /ANT correspond with policital economy approach – what would I
label van Dijck’s approach as…? › Do I like her macro level approach – can microsystems be investigated on this level
without empirical data/studies? › What does she bring to the table that we did not already know? Focus on
interoperability – but she treats them separately in order to get to the interoperable points which stay on a somewhat superficial level (conclusions) – shared: algorithmic logic, interoperability of data, need for legal/regulatory improvement
› Result: Does the user become victim/Are they victims of capitalism/internet platforms/companies/organizations?
› MEN stærk analytisk framework til at kortlægge udnyttelse af brugeres netværkskommunikation via forskellige socio-økonomisk og tekno-kulturelle aspekter af fænomenet (seks elementer). Også god til definition af forsk sider af SoMe (sociale medier).
