• 26.03.2014 : Commission implementing decision establishing a multi annual work program 2014 for financial assistance in the field of CEF – transport sector for 2014-2020
• April / May 2014 : definition and validation of the action plan
• May / August 2014 : presentation of the action plan to national authorities (11.08.2014 : letter of intent)

• January / February 2015 : translation ; filling of the e-submission form (Tentec)

Grand Paris Express: an urban node project by essenceCriteria used to define the proposed action:
1 - Lines that interconnect with the TEN-T: lines 14, 17 and 18 connecting to airports (Roissy, Orly, Le Bourget) and international rail (Gare de Lyon, Massy TGV)
2 – Schedule for the 2014-2020 period: Preliminary Design Studies (PDS) for the will be completed before the end of 2017
3 – Overall consistency of the proposed action: same level of studies for each line, same objective : Preliminary design file for each line
4 – Significant amount: 62 million Euros for 31 million Euros subsidies requested
5 – Adminstrative and financial follow-up simplified thanks to clearly targeted and defined contracts

European perspectives for the project
• The 10th of july, European Commission awarded 32 million Euros for ARMIS project
• The grant agreement will be signed before the 5th of december
• The Commission’s decision is an incentive to develop our European strategy
• The Société du Grand Paris will be monitoring closely the Commission’s future initiatives.
