    Vng ha Triad (3 trc ta ) tham kho Mt triad xut hin trong cc ti liu part v assembly gip bn nh hng khi quan st cc m hnh. Triad ny ch tham kho, bn khng th chn n hoc dng n nh mt im tham chiu. Bn c th n triad v c th xc nh mu cho n.

    Hin th hoc n triad:

    1. Click Tools, Options, System Options, Display/Selection. 2. Chn hoc hy kim Display reference triad, ri click OK.

    Xc nh cc mu cho triad:

    1. Click Tools, Options, System Options, Colors. 2. Di System Colors, chn mt trong nhng mc sau ri click Edit xc nh mt mu

    mi.

    Nhn ca trc cng mu vi trc .

    3. Xc nh mt mu mi ri click OK ng hp thoi Color. 4. Click OK ng hp thoi Options.

    Chp nhn lnh

    Bn c vi cch nhanh chng truy cp cc lnh dng hnh. Sau khi to mt hnh xem trc ca lnh dng hnh, bn c th:

    Right-click v chn OK hoc Cancel t trnh n tt.

    Right-click khi con tr i thnh chp nhn hnh xem trc hoc click tr li m khng chp nhn gi tr ny.

    Gc xc nhn Mt cch khc xc nhn cc lnh l dng Gc xc nhn. Bn c th: Click cc biu tng OK hoc Cancel xut hin trong gc xc

    nhn ca vng ha SolidWorks.

    Click biu tng Exit Sketch trong gc xc nhn kt thc sketch hoc click biu tng Cancel Sketch ngn khng thay i sketch.

    ng gc xc nhn, click Tools, Options, System Options, General, v hy Enable Confirmation Corner.

    Bng thuc tnh

    Trong mt bng thuc tnh ang kch hot, bn c th:

    Click OK hoc nhn Enter.

    Handle

    Cc Handle cho php bn click, di chuyn v t cc tham s no ngay trong vng ha. Mu ca handle t trong Tools, Options, System Options, Colors, trong hp System colors. Mu ca cc handle kch hot l mu Highlight. Cc handle khng kch hot l mu Inactive Entities.

    Cc Handle ko di theo chiu cao ca khi extrusion. Ko handle ny c c chiu cao thch hp.

    Bn cng c th ko con tr (thay v ko handle) c c chiu cao thch hp. Click handle, ri ko con tr theo hng ca n. Mt loi handle c mt u mi tn v loi khc c hai u mi tn gip bn thy hng m n tc ng.

    Cc hnh xem trc c t bng v ng

    Cc hnh xem trc t bng

    Cc hnh t bng gip bn thy r nhng c im m bn ang to ra. V d, Khi bn to mt khi extrude, cng lc vi s xut hin ca bng thuc tnh Extrude, khi ny c biu din bng mt hnh xem trc t bng. Bn c th rotate, pan, zoom v t cc cng nhn tiu chun trong khi vn duy tr hnh xem trc t bng ny. ci thin tc , bn c th tt chc nng t bng trong Tools, Options, System Options, Performance.

    Hnh xem trc ng

    Khi bn to hoc sa i mt c im c h tr hnh xem trc ng, bn s thy hnh xem trc chuyn ng nh th no trong vng ha khi bn di chuyn con tr. Trc tin, hnh xem trc t bng xut hin. Click mt handle ca hnh xem trc ri ko con tr thy hnh xem trc ng.

    Thit lp cc mu trong drawing, assembly, sketch, li, nn v.v Bn cng c th thay i mu cho cy FeatureManager hoc Bng thuc tnh.

    System colors

    System Colors. Hin th mt danh sch cc mc m bn c th sa i mu. Chn mt mc v click Edit.

    PropertyManager Color. Thit lp mu nn cho bng thuc tnh. PropertyManager Skin. Thit lp mu nn (hoa vn) cho bng thuc tnh.

    Skins c u tin trn mu s trong bng thuc tnh. Nu bn mun mu nn xut hin trong bng thuc tnh, hy t PropertyManager Skin l None.

    Reset All To Defaults. a tt c cc mu tr li cc gi tr mc nh. Save As Scheme. Lu cc thit lp mu cho SolidWorks hin th. Sau khi bn lu cc s

    mu, bn c th chn n t Current Color Scheme.

    Additional Options

    Current Color Scheme. Chn mt s . Cc s c th xc nh mu cho bng thuc tnh v cc mu h thng khc. Cc s ny c to bng Save As Scheme xut hin trong danh mc. Click Delete xa mt s mu. khng xa, click Cancel.

    Use gradient background. Mu nn bin thin p dng cho vng ha v (nu ty chn sau c chn) v bng thuc tnh. Xc nh cc mu cho Top Gradient Color v Bottom Gradient Color di System colors.

    Match graphics area and FeatureManager backgrounds. p dng cng mt mu nn cho vng ha v cy FeatureManager.

    Use specified color for Shaded With Edges mode. p dng mu xc nh cho cc cnh ca m hnh khi trong ch Shaded With Edges . Xc nh mt mu cho Edges in Shaded With Edges Mode di System colors. Khi khng chn, cc cnh s c cng mu nh m hnh nh hi sm hn.

    Use specified colors when editing parts in assemblies. p dng cc mu xc nh cho cc b mt, feature v hnh khi ca m hnh trong khi sa i (v c nhng m hnh khng sa i) trong mi trng t hp. Xc nh cc mu cho Assembly, Edit Part, Assembly, Non-Edit Parts, v Assembly, Hidden Lines of Edit Part di System colors.

    Split Graphics Area Display

    Bn cng c th chia vng ha bng Viewports.

    Cc ca s ti liu

    Trong ng dng SolidWorks, mi part, assembly v drawing c m trong mt ti liu v mi ti liu li c hin th trong mt ca s ring. (Tuy mt ti liu drawing c th cha nhiu trang in).

    Phn chnh ca ca s ny, ni m hnh hoc bn v c hin th, l vng ha. Phn bn tri l cy FeatureManager, bng thuc tnh PropertyManager, v

    ConfigurationManager. Bn c th m nhiu ca s ti liu part, assembly v drawing ng thi. Bn cng c th c

    nhiu cng nhn ng thi nhn thy c ca mt ti liu vi vic m ca s mi bng cch chia vng ha hoc vi viewports.

    sp xp cc ca s, bn c th ko cc thanh tiu ca chng v c th thay i c ca chng bng cch ko cc gc. Bn cng c th, t trnh n Window, chn Cascade, Tile Vertically, hoc Tile Horizontally hay viewports.

    Click Window, Close All ng tt c cc ti liu ang m. Bn s c nhc lu nhng ti liu cha c lu.

    Cc cng nhn

    Bn c th xem cc m hnh v bn v qua mt, hai hoc bn cng nhn.

    Document Templates (cc ti liu mu) Mu l nhng ti liu (cc ti liu part, drawing, v assembly) bao gm nhng tham s thit lp ca ngi dng. Khi bn m mt part, drawing, hoc assembly mi, hy chn mt template to mt ti liu mi.

    Cc Template cho php bn lu nhiu kiu ti liu part, drawing, hoc assembly khc nhau, ty theo nhu cu ca bn. Mt template c th l mt ti liu part, drawing, hoc assembly m bn lu nh l mt template. V d, bn c th to:

    Mt ti liu template dng h mt v mt template khc dng h inch. Mt ti liu template dng tiu chun o lng h ANSI v mt template khc dng h ISO.

    Bn c th sp xp cc template ca mnh bng cch t chng vo nhn different tabs trong hp thoi New SolidWorks Document.

    Nu bn dng cc n v o lng nh nh angstroms, nanometers, microns, mils, hoc microinches, c th bn mun to cc template c bit lm c s cho cc ti liu dng nhng n v ny.

    Cc template c th gm nhng thit lp cc thuc tnh ti liu Document Properties nh:

    To mt template:

    1. Click New trn thanh cng c Standard, hoc click File, New. 2. Trong hp thoi ny, double-click mc tng ng cho kiu template bn cn: Part,

    Assembly, hoc Drawing. 3. Click Options trn thanh cng c Standard, hoc click Tools, Options. 4. Trn nhn Document Properties, chn cc option thch hp vi bn, ri click OK.

    5. Click File, Save As. 6. Trong danh mc Save as type, chn mt kiu template:

    6. G mt ci tn vo hp File name. Phn m rng s c t ng gn vo. 7. Tm n th mc bn mun lu template ny, ri click Save.

    Chn kiu hp Ko mt hp t tri sang phi chn nhiu i tng mt ln, nhng i tng ny phi nm gn trong hp.

    Chn kiu ct qua Ko mt hp t phi sang tri chn nhiu i tng mt ln, nhng i tng ny phi nm trong hp hoc b hp ct qua.

    Chn vi b lc Xc nh cc b lc trn thanh cng c Selection Filter gii hn nhng kiu i tng s c chn.

    Chn theo vng (Select Loop)

    Chn mt vng cc cnh ni vi nhau trong mt part, gm c nhng cnh khut.

    Chn xuyn qua vt trong sut (Select through Transparency)

    Chn cc i tng pha sau cc i tng trong sut (cc mt hoc vt th trong sut).

    V trong SolidWorks Khi nim Rt nhiu lnh ca SolidWorks c bt u bng mt bin dng 2D. Bn cng c th to cc hnh v 3D trong SolidWorks. Trong mt hnh v 3D, cc i tng v tn ti trong khng gian 3D; chng khng i hi phi xc nh mt mt phng v c th.

    Bn c th tt bt hin th ca cc hnh v trong vng ha khi bn click View, Sketches.

    Sketch

    Khi bn m mt ti liu part mi, trc tin bn s to mt bin dng. Bin dng ny l c s ca mt m hnh 3D. Bn c th to bin dng trn mt mt ta mc nh bt k (Front Plane, Top Plane, v Right Plane), hoc trn mt mt phng c to ra. Bn c th bt u bng cch chn:

    Cc cng c v Sketch entity (line, circle vn vn) Cng c Sketch Cc mt ta Extruded Boss/Base hoc Revolved Boss/Base trn thanh cng c Features.

    Bn cng c th to mt sketch trn mt b mt phng, mt spline1trn mt b mt cong, hoc trn b mt ca mt khi.

    Bt u v bng mt cng c Sketch entity hoc vi cng c Sketch:

    1. Click mt cng c Sketch entity (line, circle, vn vn) trn thanh cng c Sketch.

    Click Sketch trn thanh cng c Sketch, hoc click Insert, Sketch.

    2. Chn mt trong ba mt ta (Front Plane, Top Plane, v Right Plane) ang hin th.

    Mt ny lin quay hng Normal to.2

    3. To mt hnh v vi cng c v, hoc chn mt cng c trn thanh cng c Sketch v to mt hnh v.

    4. Ly kch thc cho i tng va v ny. 5. Thot khi hnh v, hoc click Extruded Boss/Base hoc Revolved Boss/Base trn

    thanh cng c Features.

    Bt u v vi mt mt ta :

    1 ng cong bc cao, cn gi l phc tuyn.

    2 Quay trc din vi bn.

    Chn mt mt ta trong cy FeatureManager v click mt cng c v hoc hoc click Sketch trn thanh cng c Sketch.

    Mt ta ny quay hng Normal to.

    To mt hnh v v lm theo cc bc 4 n 5 nh th tc trc.

    Bt u v vi mt lnh Extruded hoc Revolved Boss/Base1:

    1. Click Extruded Boss/Base hoc Revolved Boss/Base trn thanh cng c Features, hoc click Insert, Boss/Base, Extrude hoc Boss/Base, Revolve.

    2. Chn mt trong ba mt ta (Front Plane, Top Plane, v Right Plane) ang hin th.

    Mt ta ny quay hng Normal to.

    3. To mt hnh v vi cng c v, hoc chn mt cng c trn thanh cng c Sketch v to mt hnh v.

    Hnh v ny phi khp kn.

    4. ng sketch ny m Bng thuc tnh ca lnh m bn chn. 5. To mt m hnh v click OK .

    Sa i mt hnh v c sn:

    Click Sketch trn thanh cng c Sketch, hoc click Insert, Sketch. Chn mt hnh v c sn sa i.

    Right-click mt hnh v c sn trong cy FeatureManager, hoc right-click mt nt v trong vng ha v chn Edit Sketch.

    To mt hnh v mi trong mt m hnh vi cc hnh v c sn:

    Click mt cng c sketch trn thanh cng c Sketch, v d nh Rectangle .

    Click Sketch trn thanh cng c Sketch, hoc click Insert, Sketch.

    2. Click mt mt ta , mt phng, hoc mt cnh ca m hnh to mt hnh v mi, hoc click Base/Boss Extrude hoc Base/Boss Revolve .

    3. Nu bn click Sketch trong bc 1, hoc mt lnh trong bc 2, hy click mt cng c trn thanh cng c Sketch to mt hnh v.

    1 Trong cc phin bn trc, ngi dng phi v trc ri mi gi lnh dng m hnh, vi phin bn ny, c th gi lnh dng m hnh trc ri v sau.

    4. To ra hnh v v ly kch thc cc i tng v ny.

    5. Thot khi hnh v, hoc click Extruded Boss/Base hoc Revolved Boss/Base trn thanh cng c Features.

    Bn cng c th to mt hnh v mi bng cch chp cc nt v t mt hnh v c trc.

    Cc hnh v cn c mc phc tp th no?

    Trong nhiu trng hp, bn c th c cng mt kt qu t vic to mt lnh extrude vi mt bin dng phc tp, hoc t mt lnh extrude vi bin dng n gin v b sung thm mt s lnh khc. (Bn thng gp phi s la chn nh vy mi khi to mt khi c s ca m hnh).

    V d, nu cc cnh ca mt khi extrusion cn v trn, bn c th v mt bin dng phc tp (A) hoc v mt bin dng n gin ri thm lnh fillet sau (B).

    Mi sketch trong m hnh u c gc ca ring mnh, V vy, thng c nhiu gc sketch trong mt m hnh. Khi mt sketch ang m, bn khng th tt hin th gc ca n.

    Truy bt

    Cc ng truy bt xut hin cng vi con tr, ch truy bt v cc tng quan i vi hin th ha sao cho cc i tng sketch tc ng th no i vi nhng i tng khc.

    Cc ng truy bt

    Cc ng truy bt l nhng ng nt t, xut hin khi bn v. Khi con tr n gn nhng im c bit, nh trung im, cc ng truy bt s hng dn bn to tng quan i vi cc i tng v c sn.

    Lm thay i hnh dng nhng m hnh phc tp. Thay i cc c im ca mt m hnh nhp. Lm kn khong h gia cc b mt.

    Lm bin dng curve to curve mt m hnh: Th thut ny dng mt m hnh part a khi. Bn chn ng cong trn mt khi lm ng cong xut pht Initial curves v ng cong trn khi th hai lm ng cong ch Target curves .

    1. Click Deform trn thanh cng c Features, hoc click Insert, Features, Deform.

    2. Trong bng thuc tnh, di Deform Type, chn Curve to curve.

    3. Di Deform Curves, chn cc cnh trn mt khi cho Initial curves trong vng ha.

    4. Click vo Target curves , ri chn cc cnh trn khi khc.

    5. Dng li cc im ni c hnh xem trc thch hp, ri lm nh sau:

    6. Right-click trong vng ha ri chn Show Connection Lines. Phn kt ni phi u nhau dc theo chu vi, nu khng, hy dng li.

    S phn b khng u c th do cc ng ni b xon. 7. hnh bin dng c s tip tuyn vi cc hai khi,

    di Shape Options, chn Surface tangent. Click mi tn hng tip tuyn mu xanh cho ti khi c hai im ny c cng hng. Hnh xem trc cho thy phn kt ni chuyn tip mm mi khi cc mi tn tip tuyn ch ng hng.

    8. Click OK . Bn c th cn b sung thm v hiu chnh cc ng ni khi dng bin dng Curve to curve. Cc ng ni b sung cho php bn ci thin cht lng cc kt qu. Bn c th ni cc khi tt hn nu chng c cng s cnh hoc gc.

    Ci thin s bin dng bng cc ng ni:

    1. Click Deform trn thanh cng c Features, hoc click Insert, Features, Deform.

    2. Trong bng thuc tnh, di Deform Type, chn Curve to curve.

    3. Di Deform Curves, chn cc cnh trn khi trong vng ha cho Initial curves . Ri vo Target curves v chn cc cnh ca b mt trong vng ha.

    4. Right-click trong vng ha v chn Show Connection Lines. Cc ng ni cho thy s kt ni gia cc cnh xut pht v ch. S b tr cc ng kt ni trong trng hp ny c th thay i ci thin kt qu.

    5. thay i s sp xp cc ng kt ni, right-click v chn Add Connector. Mt ng kt ni mi xut hin vi cc im iu kin mu xanh.

    6. Trn cc cnh xut pht v ch, ko cc im iu khin ny n nhng v tr mi. Kt qu ny c th ci thin c s kt ni gia hai i tng.

    7. Thm cc ng ni cn thit ci thin s kt ni. Ni chung, kt qu tt nht c c khi cc ng kt ni vung gc vi cc cnh xut pht v ch.

    8. Click OK .

    Nu gp nhng vn nh thng bo li Could not replace geometries, hy di chuyn thanh Shape accuracy di Shape Options. Cc gii php khc gm c vic thm cc ng kt ni v dng li chng. Kt qu m hnh c to c chnh sa li cc ng kt ni v la chn Surface tangent.
