mainstream education system, taught within a common framework, and identified as the responsibility of all teachers” (Thomas, 1997).
It is a means to realize the right to high quality education without discrimination and with respect and dignity.
Advance towards more democratic and fair societies.

• It laid stress on mother tongue instructions in the initial years of schooling.
Inclusive education and the role of the teacher
• Teachers should know that each pupil whether understands the instructions and their reactions towards teachings learning process.
• Explore new methodology and strategy to make the classroom inclusive.
• Adopt child centered curriculum and also giving much stress on experience based, active and cooperative learning.
• To focus on creating an optimum learning environment so that all children can learn well & achieve their potential.
