History of LEDs
1. In the early 20th century,the first red LED was invented by GaAsP .
2. In the 20th century,the American RCA research team found that GaN can produce LEDs ,but the efficiency can not be improved.
3. In 1993,the Japan's Nichia Chemical Company solve the problem of efficiency and invented blue LEDs.
4. In the last 20th century , white LEDs was invented.
