Conclusions of the national multiplier eventsRO: 7th May, difficult to find participants – Institutions, new call had to be sent 34Thanked for outreach – questions to PSI. Docs need to upload!PL: 26th April, Alzheimer center in Warsaw, model of volunteerin in the title: 47 participants. Ready trainings and vol guide was appreciated, training for staff, 2 trainings workshopsSK: 16th April, 80 participants, in cooperation with local government, from all Slovakia, panel discussion, workshop on first steps, trainings regional self-government incorporated volunteering into their strategy – it is part of social service quality standards. 2weeks later there was another conference we were invited to give workshops. Postcards – messages to themselves, and we sent them 1 month later. CR. uploaded everything, same as in SK, regional event for Istria, reps of local government. PSI was present. 2 workshops. Translated version has to be redesigned!! After regional, national conference we printed impact measurement workshop in Zagreb. Sensitizing workshop and impact measurement are the most interesting for, volunteer guide for Croatian public,

IO3 Vol. TrainingHR: a member will use the handbook and manual for another training.CEV knows everything but be country specific actions are needed (FTA)SK: Send everybody IOs separately, send to institutions. First part to schoolteachers HR: will send it to public schools

IO4 : accredited training on thisvms need support in it. Find organisations that do it use them as examples, more tools to the people!, make it more simple, used it for other publications.

SK: training planned on how to measure the impact. Short workshop HR: thinks of 1.5 hrs on evaluation. SK also, on impact importance, to measure and show the impact. They plan this during the workshop. Accredited workshops are planned. Volunteer Managers need support. They see many conferences on impact management and think they should also organize such.PL: put a book together. People will like it on evaluating impact measurement. Will be of great value. Institutions that’ll use it need to be found.Show examples, try to use institutes where you create common work and can use them as examples!.

Andras: very professional, even compared to other European projects.RO: knows the two ends of the project. All gained friends. How the project affected people – unattended outcome. CR: wants partnership forever.Diana: very professional, focused. Tamara: felt it being too hard but when met others, it was nice. Gained from the support of others. At the end the good things stay. Fortunate to work with people like this. PL: very professional. Collected lot of knowledge. Never meet such a good coordinator. SK (pregnant): Project: she develops. Very good system to develop. PL: first time. Share project and discover NGOs. Happy to meet other professionals. Happy to see such institutions.Inge: jumped in, thought simple project. Best decision. Grateful, everybody so professional and helpful. Enjoyed the preparations and the conference, and the 3 yrs. Thanks to Bori.

RO: Corina: 5 elements, cooperation/feelings, learning, changes/behaviour, impact, future. They overlap. Instead of reactions - feelings, learning, changes in behaviour. Impact afterwards, beneficiaries, organizations, and then ourselves. Activities, meetings, events, piloting, etc. Inge: words create world. How others feel about this? HR: Tamara: feels this was a 3 yrs trip, cooperative learning, loughs and love, friendships. Future: cooperation, different partners, maybe personal outcomes, too. Michaela: Adventure first. Learned – projects have two sides.

Bori: heights and lows, enthusiasm, disappointments. Glad that made it. Personnel feeling: heart in it, all in heart. Admin side: burnt out. Being together: nine experiment. Not the closing of the project. Will continue. Thank all.
