New boating license scheme is scheduled to be launched in early autumn.
This program will make easier boating for beginners (< 5 m LOA no license)
The new framework will allow to increase the LOA from 12 to 20 m for PER holders
(Skilled Skippers for medium range)
It will be an opportunity for the industry to increase sales and open the sea to beginners
that will not need license to jump on the water
