Today based in the heart of Europe, the F.W. Langguth Erben winery with its own steep sloped vineyards along the Moselle valleys cultivates wines mainly in the famous Ger-man wine regions of Rhein-hessen, Pfalz and Moselle.

In order to achieve outstanding wine quality, the Langguth wine cellars are equipped for storing and preparing wines in containers made from top quali-ty stainless steel. All of the stainless steel tanks are networked and monitored by a tank monitoring system. The quality of the wine can be reliably checked, evaluated and controlled at all times. The stringent hy-giene requirements of the foodstuffs industry are met by using automated and precisely controlled cleaning processes.

An essential component of the Langguth quality philo-sophy is the wine scale sta-bilisation method. Langguth has made use of knowledge from human medicine, i.e. dialysis for purifying the blood. Excess potassium and calcium ions are remo-ved from the wine using de-fined diaphragm processes.

In-depth know-how of mo-dern winemaking is more important than ever. Highly trained specialists in the Traben-Trarbach winery ensure top quality wines with continuously monito-ring the production process and certified hygiene stan-dards. Langguth is also an audited producer of organic bio wines, where strictest standards apply.

I come from a German/Brazilian background, and studied Business Administration in Rio de Janeiro and Frankfurt. My professional experience was gained in the markets of the USA, Great Britain, Romania and China. As the CEO, I now manage Langguth activities all over the world.
