Jason Ryan Dorsey, The Gen Y Guy®, understands the front lines of education.
A bestselling author, Jason has worked on-site at over 700 schools across the U.S.
and as far away as Finland and India. Most important, Jason knows the difference
educators make because an educator changed his life forever.
Jason’s nontraditional path began when he authored his first bestselling book,
Graduate to Your Perfect Job, at age 18. This book became a national bestseller,
required reading in over 1,650 schools, and is estimated to have helped 100,000 members of Gen Y enter the
workforce. Jason followed the success of his first book with four more including 50 Ways to Improve Schoolsfor Under $50, My Reality Check Bounced!, and Y-Size Your Business: How Gen Y Employees Can Save YouMoney and Grow Your Business.
A well-known generational expert, Jason has been featured on 60 Minutes, 20/20, The Today Show, and
The View. His talent is teaching education leaders creative and inexpensive ways to bridge the four generations
in the classroom and the workplace. In recognition of his achievements, Jason won the Austin Under 40
Entrepreneur of the Year Award at age 25--one of the youngest winners ever. To learn more about Jason’s
speaking and books, please visit www.JasonDorsey.com.

Barbara Dooley was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She attended
John Carroll High School and went on to Auburn University where she earned a
Bachelors degree in Speech Therapy and Special Education and a Masters Degree
in Guidance and counseling.
While at Auburn, she met and married Vince Dooley, legendary football coach
and Athletic Director of the University of Georgia. They recently celebrated their
50th wedding anniversary.
Barbara has been making people laugh for years with her Southern tales of football, family and foolish-
ness. She has documented these stories in her book Put Me In Coach for everyone to read.
Her weekly visit on the Paul Finebaum Show during football season has made Barbara’s Alabama roots
stronger. Her popularity has no age barriers as she connects with everyone. She recently said on the Finebaum
Show that she will always call Alabama “home”.
Barbara is involved in many other projects, including a live morning radio talk show in the Athens area
that was voted the talk show of the year in 1997 and 1999, a weekly cable television show, and sells real estate
for Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty in Athens.
She keeps busy performing many community duties and family duties with her four children and 11
grandchildren.
